1. The rules of this promotion consist of the following:
   • This promotion takes place from July 10 [12:00 PM] to July 26 [11:59PM] 2015 which means any submissions before or after the date mentioned will not be entertained.
   • The promotion is open only to citizens and/or residents of Australia and New Zealand. All references to “you” or “your” means an eligible participant of this promotion.
   • There are 2 stages of lucky draw. You must 1) complete the POP QUIZ, and 2) successfully share this event to your personal Facebook wall to have the chance to win Grand Theft Auto V (GTAV). Subject to conditions below, you may also be eligible to win both a T-shirt and a cap if you buy GeForce GTX 960 in selected stores between July 10 and July 26, 2015.
     PRIZE
     1. Grand Theft Auto V (GTA V): NVIDIA will select three (3) winners .
        • The winners will be announced on July 31, 2015 and will be posted on NVIDIA Facebook page.
        • The prizes will be delivered to winners within thirty (30) working days.
        • Agency will be responsible for delivering the prizes to the winners. (Agency is Image Media Service Company)
        • NVIDIA reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of the same value.
        • Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred to third parties.
        • NVIDIA reserves the right to disqualify a winner for any of the following reasons:
          1. winner is found to have cheated;
          2. winner is not a citizen or not residing in Australia nor in New Zealand;
          3. contact information is incomplete, unclear, or incorrect; or
          4. winners could not be reached.

     2. T-shirt and hat:

        You must purchase GeForce GTX 960 from one of the below stores to be eligible to receive both T-shirt and Cap. Supply is limited. Where eligible, the t-shirt and Cap will be sent together with the commodity.

2. By entering this promotion you expressly consent to NVIDIA's collection, processing and use of your personal information that you provide in connection with this promotion (including, but not limited to, disclosure of your name and state of residence on a winners list and making such list available to the public) and under the terms of NVIDIA's privacy policy, which can be accessed at www.geforce.com/privacy-policy.

   Furthermore, you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally grant to NVIDIA, on a royalty-free and non-exclusive basis, a perpetual, irrevocable, freely transferable, freely assignable, freely sublicensable, worldwide license to run, use, copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, perform, display, exhibit, demonstrate, edit, modify, adapt, and create derivative works from, each of your entries in this promotion, whether for purposes related to this promotion or otherwise, and whether via the Internet, electronic, digital, broadcast, theatrical, print, or any other communications media now known or hereafter developed, and in each case free of any and all restrictions and limitations whatsoever (except as imposed by law).

3. NVIDIA makes no warranty or representation as to any of the prizes and is not liable if you experience technical difficulties, including but not limited to manufacture defects, model incompatibility, and restrictions imposed by the manufacturer. You will be responsible for any tax required of the prize, if any.

4. NVIDIA reserves the right to terminate this promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond NVIDIA's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion as determined by NVIDIA in its sole discretion. Online entries made with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities or through the use of any other device or artifice to enter multiple times will be deemed invalid. If the winner is an online entrant, the winning online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address from which the entry was made. The authorized email account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. NVIDIA shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to submit the online entry form, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion, or for late, lost, stolen, postage due, illegible or misdirected entries.
