INTEL DEVELOPER FORUM – SAN FRANCISCO - FEBRUARY 17, 2004 - NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA) announced today that its has unveiled its 64-bit software technology, optimized for Intel Corporation’s future Intel® Xeon™ processor with 64-bit extension technology. The new software features 16 lanes of PCI-Express capability dedicated to graphics processing. Featured in NVIDIA’s ForceWare Unified Driver Architecture, NVIDIA’s early release of its Forceware Release 64-Bit provides high performance, advanced scalability, and unmatched support, addressing the most demanding needs of technical workstation users who require large amounts of memory and floating point performance in areas such as mechanical design and analysis, digital content creation and scientific and high-performance computing applications.
