GAME DEVELOPERS CONFERENCE—SAN JOSE, CA—MARCH 24, 2004—NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA), the worldwide leader in visual processing solutions, today announced the availability of a new software development kit (NVSDK) for 3D artists and programmers.  NVSDK, led by NVIDIA’s new FX Composer tool, arms developers with a comprehensive development environment for the creation and optimization of advanced shader effects, specifically those enabled by Microsoft® DirectX® 9.0 Shader Model 3.0 (Pixel Shader 3.0 and Vertex Shader 3.0).
