LONDON — June 28, 2000 — NVIDIA® Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA) today announced Packard Bell, the consumer brand for NEC Computers International, has selected the new GeForce2 MX™ for its upcoming high-end solutions. The GeForce2 MX delivers industry-leading GeForce-class performance and quality and Digital Vibrance Control™ features at a mainstream solution price. The rich feature set, highly acclaimed performance and quality, combined with its low cost, truly makes GeForce2 MX a GPU for the masses.

Based on the award-winning GeForce2 GTS™ architecture, this well-balanced architecture powers razor-sharp, crystal-clear 2D graphics, even at extreme resolutions as high as 2048 x 1536, in 32-bit color on a primary display screen. The GeForce2 MX offers outstanding 3D performance, delivering over 20 million sustained triangles per second and 700 million texels per second, and more than three times the texture processing power of any competitive mainstream consumer graphics processor.
