SANTA CLARA, CA — MAY 21, 2002 — Delivering the ultimate combination of performance and flexibility to mainstream desktop PCs, NVIDIA®Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA) today announced that its GeForce4™ family of Graphics Processing Units (GPUs) provides the perfect blend of graphics processing power to Intel® Corporation’s newest 845G and 845E chipset platforms for the Pentium® 4 processor.  Taking advantage of the increased bandwidth and DDR memory built into the new chipsets, NVIDIA GPUs are able to deliver high-end 3D graphics, multi-display flexibility and enhanced processing power to demanding applications such as 3D gaming and digital video playback, for the best multimedia experience possible.
