SANTA CLARA, CA—NOVEMBER 19, 2002—NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA), the worldwide leader in visual processing solutions, today announced that its new NVIDIA Quadro®4 980 XGL, NVIDIA Quadro4 580 XGL and NVIDIA Quadro4 280 NVS AGP 8X graphics solutions will be featured in IBM’s new IntelliStation M Pro 6219 and IntelliStation Z Pro 6221 professional workstation lines. The new IBM IntelliStation workstations with NVIDIA Quadro4 8X graphics solutions take advantage of the faster AGP 8X data bus based on the Intel® AGP 3.0 specification. By moving to AGP 8X, IBM and NVIDIA are providing customers with twice the bandwidth from the graphics to the host interface over AGP 4X.
