SANTA CLARA, CA—DECEMBER 3, 2002—NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA), the worldwide leader in visual processing solutions, and MicronPC, a leading supplier of computer products and services, announced the immediate availability of the NVIDIA nForce2™-based MicronPC Millennia® 910a series of desktop PCs.  The MicronPC Millennia® 910a series includes three models:  Creative Studio, Professional and Xtreme, each offering a unique blend of price, performance and features—and all powered exclusively by award-winning NVIDIA nForce2 platform processors and GeForce™4 graphics processing units (GPUs).

With a starting price of $849 without monitor, which includes the ASUS A7N8X nForce2-based motherboard, a 64MB GeForce4 MX 440 4X AGP card, AMD® Athlon™ XP 2000+ Processor, a 7200RPM hard drive, and 256MB of PC2700 DDR memory, the Millennia 910a series of desktop PCs can be customized with a wide variety of hardware components, including GeForce4 with AGP 8X-based graphics cards; faster AMD Athlon XP processors (up to 2800+); more memory; and digital flat panel displays.  In addition, the Millennia 910a series takes advantage of the NVIDIA nForce2’s most sought after features, including FireWire®, USB 2.0, and NVIDIA DualNet™, NVIDIA’s unique dual networking solution that turns an ordinary PC into a hub capable of powering small offices and connected homes.  The Millennia 910a series also incorporates NVIDIA SoundStorm™, the industry’s most robust audio solution, complete with a real-time Dolby® Digital encoder and a digital audio output for connecting the PC to a Dolby Digital 5.1-equipped home theater speaker system.
