NEW YORK DV SHOW—NEW YORK, NY—JANUARY 31, 2003 — NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA), the worldwide leader in visual processing solutions, today announced that its revolutionary new NVIDIA Quadro® FX workstation graphics solutions are powering the hottest digital content creation (DCC) applications on display at the New York DV show, being held this week at Madison Square Garden. From Alias|Wavefront’s Maya to Discreet’s 3ds max, the new workstation graphics solutions from NVIDIA will deliver the ultimate in realism, expression, productivity and flexibility.
The NVIDIA Quadro FX series includes the NVIDIA Quadro FX 2000 and NVIDIA Quadro FX 1000 graphics solutions, both of which combine the industry’s first true 128-bit floating point precision with an eight pipeline, fully programmable graphics engine to deliver unprecedented levels of realism and interactive sophisticated real-time effects for games, visual processing and other professional applications—and up to five times faster line performance than the Company’s previous generation products.
