SANTA CLARA, CA—JUNE 30, 2003—NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA), the worldwide leader in visual processing solutions, today announced that the NVIDIA nForce™3 Professional, the Company’s first single-chip, core-logic solution for professional computing environments, is now in volume production.
ASUSTeK Computer Inc, a world leader in motherboard engineering and design, has commenced shipping its new SK8N motherboard, featuring the NVIDIA nForce3 Pro 150 platform processor, to distribution channels and system integrators worldwide.

Optimized for the new 64-bit AMD Opteron™ processor, NVIDIA nForce3 Professional platform processors provide a compatible, stable, and reliable computing platform for professional workstation users who wish to exploit the benefits of both 32-bit and 64-bit computing environments. The ASUS SK8N motherboard will be available in early July. Full workstation solutions from a variety of leading workstation system integrators will be available in late July.
