SANTA CLARA, CA – JULY 28, 2003 – NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA) will host a conference call to discuss its financial results for the second quarter of its fiscal year 2004 on August 7, 2003 at 2:00 PM, Pacific Time.  The Company's prepared remarks will be followed by a question and answer period, which will be limited to questions from analysts and institutional investors.
