Frank Fox

Frank Fox, Ph.D. — Vice President, Digital Media Processor Engineering

Frank Fox joined NVIDIA in 2004 as Vice President of DMP Engineering. Previously, he was Vice President and General Manager of RDRAM at Rambus, Inc. Dr. Fox worked for Digital Equipment Corp. until 1998, where he led the EV8 Alpha microprocessor design team. During his 14 years at Digital, he designed many microprocessors and consulted on CMOS process technology and CAD tool development. He also co-edited the book "Design of High-Performance Microprocessor Circuits." Dr. Fox holds a B.E. degree from University College Cork, National University of Ireland, and a Ph.D. from Trinity College, Dublin University, both in electrical engineering.
