Yen-Tzu Lin

Yen-Tzu is a PhD student in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. She is a member of Advanced Chip Test Laboratory (http://www.ece.cmu.edu/~actl) and is advised by Prof. Shawn Blanton. Her research interests include VLSI test methodology development and evaluation. Her current research involves the development of cost-effective test methodologies that create high-quality test sets through utilization of the NVIDIA GPU environment. Yen-Tzu received her B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan. She worked in circuit design and computer-aided design for Richtek and EE Solutions, Inc. before coming to Carnegie Mellon University..
