SANTA CLARA, CA—OCTOBER 30, 2007— NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA) today announced that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has formally notified NVIDIA that the SEC investigation related to NVIDIA’s historical stock option grant practices has been terminated. No enforcement action has been recommended.
