SANTA CLARA, CA. – MAY 4, 2009 – NVIDIA Corporation will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders at its headquarters in Santa Clara, Calif., on Wednesday, May 20, 2009, at 9am Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). The meeting will take place in Building E, located at 2800 Scott Boulevard, Santa Clara, California.
The matters to be voted on at the meeting are set forth in NVIDIA’s Proxy Statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 8, 2009. The Proxy Statement is available at http://www.nvidia.com/proxy.
A live audio webcast of the 2009 Annual Meeting will be available on the company’s Investor Relations page, accessible from www.nvidia.com at 9am. PDT on May 20, 2009. The webcast will allow investors to listen to the 2009 Annual Meeting, but stockholders accessing the meeting through the webcast will not be considered present and will not be able to vote through the webcast or ask questions. An archived copy of the webcast will be available on the web site through June 5, 2009. Those who wish to listen to the website will be required to register.
