Kids Privacy Policy

NVIDIA's policy is to avoid collecting or using Personal Information from Kids under 13.

NVIDIA's websites and mobile apps, including www.nvidia.com, www.slizone.com, 3DVision Live, GeForce.com, GTC, TegraZone.com and shield.nvidia.com are not targeted to nor intended for use by Kids.

We employ reasonable technological safeguards to prevent Kids from accessing areas of our websites or mobile apps where Personal Information may be collected. For example, Kids are not allowed to participate in our user-to-user forums, subscribe to an email newsletter, or enter any of our sweepstakes or contests.

If we discover that a Kid under 13 has sent an email request to our technical support representative, or in any other way provided Personal Information to NVIDIA, we will delete the Kid's Personal Information from our systems as soon as possible.

In the event NVIDIA modifies its policies regarding the collection and use of Kids' Personal Information, any such changes will be posted here.
