Xun Liu received the B.S. degree from the Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University, China, in 1996, the
M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Rochester, Rochester, NY, in 1998, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI, in 2003. He is currently Assistant Professor at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, North Carolina State University. His research area includes timing optimization, power estimation and optimization for VLSI circuit and system designs.
