Want it All - Coolbits setting to enable SLI & Overclocking

Dear Mad Mod Mike,

I just added a second 6800GT to step up to SLI. With my single 6800GT setup I was overclocking using coolbits. After enabling SLI and changing to the coolbits value to 8 in my registry, to enable SLI AA, my overclocking options are gone. If I set the value back to 3 I have overclocking but no SLI AA. I'm currently running Forceware 78.01.

Can I overclock my cards in SLI?
Can I have Overclocking and SLI AA in Forceware?
Can I have it all?

Please help
Thanks!
Steve

MMMOf course you can Steve! Let me fill you in on how you can HAVE IT ALL:

To get all of the Coolbits* SLI functionality, set Coolbits to 18.

To get all of the Coolbits SLI functionality AND Overclocking, set Coolbits to 1A.

For others out there who haven't used Coolbits before, simply follow these instructions to setup Coolbits: http://www.slizone.com/object/slizone_appprofile_howto1.html

In Step 2 of the instructions, instead of setting Coolbits to 8, set the value to either 18 or 1A depending on whether or not you want to overclock your cards. Remember that overclocking voids manufacturer's warrantees, so do so at your own risk!

Enjoy!
