SANTA CLARA, CA - JANUARY 22, 1999 - NVIDIA Corporation(TM) (NASDAQ: NVDA) announced today the initial public offering of 3,500,000 shares of common stock at a price of $12.00 per share. The offering was managed by Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co., Hambrecht & Quist LLC and Prudential Securities Incorporated. NVIDIA has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 525,000 additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
