1. Instructions on how to claim and the rewards form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer. NVIDIA (“the Promoter”) may at any time revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by NVIDIA. Eligible entrant (as defined below) shall be bound by any such revisions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Claimants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to claim and further, the parent/guardian of the claimant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor submitting a claim in this promotion.
3. Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on May 1, 2015 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on May 31, 2015 ("Promotion Period").
4. Employees of ASUS and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies, who are involved in the Promotion, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons, are NOT ELIGIBLE for this Promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
5. People who would like to participate in this Promotion during the Promotion Period acknowledge as follows:
1. You will be granted access to the event page (http://www.nvidia.com/content/anz/g-sync-event) to watch a video. You will then complete all the questions and click submit bottom.
2. 2 winners will be randomly selected from among those who have completed all the questions correctly by NVIDIA to win the Prize “ASUS ROG SWIFT PG278Q Gaming Monitor (x1)” or “ACER XB280HK Gaming Monitor (x1)”. Prize winners will be subsequently informed before June 10, 2015 by Facebook private messaging system and e-mail (please make sure you provide a valid e-mail address) and through announcement on the NVIDIA Australia Facebook fan page (https://www.facebook.com/NVIDIAAustralia).
3. Prize winners shall inform NVIDIA of their contact information and other information that is requested by NVIDIA before June 17 2015, 11:59pm after the announcement. Prize winner’s failure to make such information available to NVIDIA will be deemed to have forfeited his/her right to the Prize awarded, and NVIDIA, in its sole discretion, has the right to select a substitute.
4. The Prize will be delivered within Australia only and the Promoter will aim to deliver the Prize within 28 days of the notification of the winner.
5. All Prize values are in Australian Dollars. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable (other than as provided in clause f) and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. In the event that a Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter has the right to replace that Prize with a substantially similar prize of equal or greater value.

1. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. The Promoter will not be responsible for entries that are not received by the Promoter by the stipulated time, or that are not viewable or unreadable due to corruption, virus or other technical reasons. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
2. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by the internet user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion or for any technical error or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this Promotion, including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or Promoter’s Website.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion and without notice to entrants. Any amendments to the Terms and Conditions (including the Prizes) will be published online at the Promoter’s Website. Rule interpretations and all judging decisions are final.
4. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its officers, employees, contractors, representatives and agents shall not be liable for any claims, losses (including loss of opportunity), damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or arising as a result of any negligent act or omission) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with:
• this Promotion;
• any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
• any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference;
• any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter);
• any Prize that is late, lost, damaged or misdirected in transit; and/or
• the use or attempted use of the Prize.
5. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any Prize is the responsibility of the Prize winner.
6. Prize winner’s personal information (“Personal Information”) will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this Promotion and its winners. Prize winner’s Personal Information may be provided to others assisting, including Prize suppliers and delivers, and to authorities that regulate this Promotion (if applicable).
7. By entering this Promotion, you are deemed to have provided your express consent and permission for the Promoter to use your name and contact details to communicate with you for promotional and advertising purposes to promote the Promoter, its products and services, in any media and in any manner whatsoever, without limitation or restriction.
8. If an entrant does not truthfully provide all requested Personal Information, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win the Prize.
9. If the Prize is won by a person under the age of 18, the Prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
10. All entrants acknowledge that the Promoter can rely on these Terms and Conditions even if the Promoter only learns of a person’s ineligibility to enter after the Promoter has awarded a Prize to the ineligible person. Return of a Prize or payment of its equivalent value to the Promoter can be required by the Promoter if this occurs.
11. If for any reason the conduct or operation of this Promotion is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including but not limited to, vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, computer bugs or viruses, fraud, tampering, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Promotion, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for its conduct.
12. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated in the course of administering this Promotion.
13. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
