## Suzanne Nora Johnson

### Former Vice Chairman, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

Suzanne Nora Johnson is the retired Vice Chairman of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., where she spent 21 years in various leadership roles, including Chair of the Global Markets Institute, Head of Global Research, and Head of Global Health Care and on the firm’s Management Committee. She currently serves on the board of directors of Pfizer Inc., where she is Chair of the Audit Committee, a member of the Regulatory & Compliance Committee, and a member of the Executive Committee. She also serves on the Board of Trustees of The Brookings Institution, where she has served as a Trustee since 2011 and Co-Chair since 2018, on the Board of Trustees of the Broad Foundation, and on the Board of Trustees of the University of Southern California, where she has served as a Trustee since 1998 and as Chair since 2022. Ms. Nora Johnson previously served as Board Chair and a Director of Intuit Inc. from 2007 to 2025, as a Director of Visa Inc. from 2007 to 2022, as a Director of American International Group, Inc. from 2008 to 2020, and as a Trustee and Co-Chair of the Carnegie Institution for Science. She holds a JD degree from Harvard Law School and a BA degree from the University of Southern California. Ms. Nora Johnson brings to the Board extensive senior leadership experience, experience managing large, complex, global institutions and deep knowledge of global financial markets, risk management, and the regulatory issues facing large public technology companies. Her background in law and investment banking provides critical insight into strategic transactions and capital allocation. She will bring a thorough understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and risk oversight to the Board.
