What to submit

You will be required to provide the following information in your submission:

  • Submitter's Contact Information: Email
  • Session Title: Should be enticing and concisely tell attendees what your session is about. Avoid using company-specific terms, acronyms,and products. 12 words or less.
  • Session Format & Duration: 40-minuteTalk (maximum 2 presenters); 20-minuteTalk (maximum 1 presenter); 60-minute Panel (maximum 4 panelists and 1 moderator)
  • Audience Level:
    - Beginner technical: Session will introduce the audience to the fundamental use cases and challenges of the subject area.
    - Intermediate technical: The audience should have working knowledge of the domain being discussed. The session will typically cover methods and techniques to address specific challenges.
    - Advanced technical: For attendees who have technical background in the subject area. The session will often address specific challenges and complex solutions that may include advanced tricks or techniques.
    - Business/Executive: Broader discussions around AI business models, problem solving, and practical implementation to drive efficiency, improve performance, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Topics: Select a primary and secondary topic from a dropdown list of pre-approved topic areas.
  • Industry: Indicate what industry your topic appeals to from a dropdown list of pre-approved industries.
  • Theme: Indicate the theme of your session. Your selection will help our marketing team determine how best to position and promote your session if accepted.
  • Content Type: Confirm how you plan to present this session.

  • Session Description: Provide a detailed description of your session for use on the GTC website, scheduler, and mobile app. It should describe what the attendee can expect to learn from your presentation. Include any prerequisite knowledge needed for an attendee to get the most out of your session (i.e. a specific domain or programming language) and offer additional details about what will be covered.Maximum 1,000 characters (approximately 200 words).
  • Extended Abstract & Results: The extended abstract will not be used in any marketing materials. Provide reviewers with in-depth details including examples and actual or expected results/accomplishments from using GPUs to help the Content Review Committee better understand the technical merits of your submission. Maximum 3,000 characters (approximately 500 words).
  • Presenter's Information: Email and cell phone number (only used for emergency purposes during the event, if submission is accepted)
  • Presenter Biography: We require a short speaker bio. We DO NOT accept, for example, “TBD,” “N/A,” “Coming soon,” or “Will provide later” under this section. Maximum 100 words.
  • Presenter Headshot: Please upload a high-resolution headshot. View the NVIDIA photo guidefor more information. *Min resolution 1000px2, Max file size -100MB.
  • Presenter Agreement: To be considered for a session, the Presenter Agreement must be completed.
  • Permission to Webcast and/or Record: A confirmation of whetheryou agree to be recorded and/or webcast is needed.
  • Presenter Obligations: A confirmation of whetheryou agree to our deadlines and obligations.
  • Supporting Material: Provide supplemental information to support your submission and help the Content Review Committee better understand your work. May include white papers, research work, videos, images, demos etc. *Maximum file size -100MB per file.
