You’ll be paired with an experienced researcher from NVIDIA to work on a joint research problem that’s of mutual interest. Over the 12 months, you’ll devise and investigate new methods, evaluate them, and disseminate your findings to the research community through publications at venues such as NIPS, ICLR, ICML, and CVPR. The program is designed to get you up to speed as quickly as possible, so you can pursue a career as a research scientist in machine learning.
While we expect residents to have a strong technical background, it doesn’t need to be in artificial intelligence. Experience in adjacent fields that provide a meaningful knowledge base relevant to machine learning qualifies.
Residents will be typically based at NVIDIA HQ in Santa Clara
