POSTER CRITERIA

Research posters from academia and industry must demonstrate work using GPUs. Submissions must provide actual or expected results/accomplishments and must demonstrate a significant innovation or improvement using GPU computing.

POSTER REVIEW PROCESS

The GTC Content Committee will review, rate, and select submissions based on:

  • Technical details and performance results offered and insights to be learned
  • Relevance and timeliness of the presentation to GPU computing

VENDOR SUBMISSIONS

If your submission is focused on a service, technology, or a new product your company is offering, please contact us for information on sponsored session opportunities.

TOP POSTER WINNER

The GPU Top Poster Award goes to the top poster as voted on by GTC attendees from the top five posters selected by the GTC Content Review Committee. The winner will receive their $5000 by wire. Voting is open to conference attendees from Monday through Wednesday at 5pm. The winner will be announced on GTC Social Media on Thursday morning.

WHAT TO SUBMIT?

You will need to provide the following information in your submission:

  • Submitter's Contact Information: First, Last, Email, Job Title and Company
  • Contact Information: Maximum of 12 words. Should be enticing and concisely tell attendees what your session is about.
  • Poster Title: Maximum 12 words
  • Topics: Select up to two topics
  • Poster Description: Maximum 550 characters (approximately 100 words) – for use on an online scheduler, mobile app and other online marketing tools. The Poster Description must explain what the attendee will learn upon viewing your poster.
  • Extended Abstract & Results: Provide details on what your session is about including examples and demonstrated results that will help the GTC Content Committee better understand the technical merits of your poster submission. This Extended Abstract will not be published.
  • Poster Presenter Information: Presenter's full contact information (can be different from submitter's information)
  • Poster Presenter Agreement: to be considered for a Poster, the Poster Presenter Agreement must be completed.
  • Poster Presenter Biography: Maximum 100 words
  • Poster Presenter Headshot: No less than 1800x2700px and no more than 2400x3000px. Maximum file size: 32 MB.
  • Poster: FINAL Poster PDF that conforms to poster specifications here. The GTC organizers print the poster for you.
  • Supporting Material (Optional): Supporting materials provided assist the Content Review Committee in better understanding your work. Provide supplemental information that supports your poster submission. Additional materials may include white papers, research work, videos, images, demos, proof of concept, etc.
