Conference materials include access to post-event recordings and presentation files, plus a GTC-branded gift. Access to live sessions is limited, but you'll have full access to all content at your convenience after the event ends.

Cancellation Policy

If you can’t make the event, submit your cancellation requests at GTC_registration@nvidia.com. The following processing fees will apply:

> Before 24:00 PDT, Monday, February 24, 2025: A $50 processing fee/cancellation penalty will apply.
> After 24:00 PDT, Monday, February 24, 2025: No refunds will be granted.
> No-shows are ineligible for workshop refunds.

Substitution requests will be granted but must be received by 24:00 PDT, Friday, March 7, 2025. To transfer your registration to a colleague or if you’re having difficulty registering online, please email GTC_registration@nvidia.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.
