THỂ LỆ CUỘC THI/ĐIỀU KHOẢN VÀ ĐIỀU KIỆN

  1. Bằng việc tham gia Cuộc thi này, bạn đồng ý bị ràng buộc bởi những Thể lệ Cuộc thi ("Thể lệ") sau và tuân thủ mọi luật pháp và quy định hiện hành.
  2. Thời gian tham dự Cuộc thi bắt đầu vào 00:00 múi giờ Việt Nam ("GMT+7"), ngày 7 tháng 9 năm 2016 và kết thúc vào 23:59 (GMT+7) ngày 5 tháng 10 năm 2016 ("Thời gian dự thi").
  3. Để đủ điều kiện trúng giải, mỗi người dự thi phải hoàn thành tiêu chí sau:
    • Chụp ảnh "Khuôn Mặt Game Thủ" biểu cảm nhất của mình và áp dụng một trong những bộ lọc có chủ đề NVIDIA.
    • Tải ảnh lên làm ảnh đại diện Facebook trong suốt Thời gian dự thi.
    • Ảnh đại diện có các bộ lọc theo chủ đề NVIDIA phải được áp dụng trong toàn bộ Thời gian dự thi.
    • Chia sẻ bài đăng đã tạo trên trang đích của Cuộc thi lên bảng tin của Facebook. Bài đăng phải được đặt ở chế độ "công khai".
    • Hoàn thành mẫu đơn đăng ký tham dự Cuộc thi với thông tin liên hệ hợp lệ trên trang dự thi "Đăng Khuôn Mặt Game Thủ Của Bạn".
    • Mỗi người dự thi chỉ được phép sử dụng một ID Facebook để tham gia Cuộc thi này. Những người dự thi sử dụng nhiều ID Facebook sẽ bị loại.
  4. Bằng việc gửi ảnh lên trang dự thi, bạn hoàn toàn đồng ý rằng tên và ảnh đại diện của bạn có thể được đăng công khai lên trang của Cuộc thi và Facebook của NVIDIA và đồng ý để NVIDIA thu thập, xử lý và sử dụng thông tin cá nhân của bạn mà bạn cung cấp liên quan đến Cuộc thi này (bao gồm, nhưng không giới hạn, tiết lộ tên và ảnh đại diện của bạn) và tuân theo các điều khoản trong chính sách về quyền riêng tư của NVIDIA tại http://www.geforce.com/privacy-policy.
  5. Các ảnh dự thi gửi lên sẽ được NVIDIA kiểm tra và phê duyệt theo quyết định riêng của NVIDIA. NVIDIA bảo lưu quyền từ chối bất kỳ bài dự thi nào.
  6. Hạn chót nhận bài dự thi là [23:59 (GMT+7)] ngày 5 tháng 10 năm 2016.
  7. NVIDIA sẽ thông báo cho tất cả những người chiến thắng qua email. Những người chiến thắng phải xác nhận đã nhận được thông báo bằng cách trả lời email thông báo đó và hoàn thành, ký và gửi lại một biểu mẫu xác nhận người chiến thắng và các giấy tờ cần thiết khác (nếu có) được nêu trong email thông báo của NVIDIA trong vòng 7 ngày kể từ ngày thông báo.
  8. Tất cả các giải thưởng sẽ được gửi đến người chiến thắng sau khi NVIDIA nhận được email xác nhận của người chiến thắng kèm tất cả các thông tin và giấy tờ do NVIDIA yêu cầu.
  9. Mỗi Người dự thi chỉ được dự thi một lần. Không cho phép dự thi nhiều lần.

Các chi tiết khác

  1. "Nhà tổ chức": NVIDIA Việc tổ chức không hề được tài trợ, ủng hộ hoặc quản lý bởi, hoặc có liên quan đến, Facebook.
  2. "Người dự thi" phải thỏa mãn các yêu cầu sau:
    • Đã đạt đến độ tuổi trưởng thành tại quốc gia mà Người dự thi đang sinh sống. Trong trường hợp Người dự thi đủ 13 tuổi nhưng chưa đến tuổi trưởng thành tại quốc gia mình đang sinh sống thì Người dự thi cần phải có sự chấp thuận của phụ huynh/người giám hộ và sự chấp thuận của phụ huynh/người giám hộ này chỉ hợp lệ với điều kiện phụ huynh/người giám hộ đã đọc và đồng ý với các Thể lệ, Điều khoản và Điều kiện. Trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi không đủ điều kiện tham dự Cuộc thi. Các bài dự thi theo nhóm hoặc doanh nghiệp hay tổ chức đều không được cho phép trong Cuộc thi này.
    • Hiện đang sinh sống tại Úc, Indonesia, Philippines, Việt Nam, Thái Lan, Singapore và Malaysia.
  3. Chi phí: Không phải nộp bất kỳ khoản chi phí hoặc lệ phí nào để tham dự Cuộc thi.
  4. Nội dung Bài dự thi: NVIDIA bảo lưu quyền từ chối bất kỳ bài dự thi nào, bao gồm bất kỳ bài dự thi nào do Nhà tổ chức đưa ra theo quyết định riêng của mình. Không giới hạn theo quyết định của Nhà tổ chức, các bài dự thi không được chứa các nội dung:
    • khiêu dâm hoặc khêu gợi; bạo lực hoặc xúc phạm không cần thiết đến dân tộc, chủng tộc, giới tính tôn giáo, nghề nghiệp hoặc nhóm tuổi; báng bổ hoặc khiêu dâm; hoặc có chứa ảnh khỏa thân;
    • quảng cáo rượu, ma túy phi pháp, thuốc lá, súng/vũ khí (hoặc sử dụng bất kỳ nội dung nào đã nêu trên); quảng bá bất kỳ hoạt động nào có khả năng không an toàn hoặc nguy hiểm; quảng bá bất kỳ chương trình nghị sự hoặc thông điệp chính trị cụ thể nào;
    • tục tĩu hoặc xúc phạm; ủng hộ bất kỳ hình thức thù hận hoặc nhóm thù hận nào; có vẻ như sao chép các bài dự thi đã gửi khác;
    • bôi nhọ, bóp méo hoặc có chứa những nhận xét chê bai về người khác hoặc công ty khác;
    • có chứa thông tin nhận dạng cá nhân bất kỳ, chẳng hạn như số biển số xe, tên cá nhân, địa chỉ email hoặc địa chỉ đường phố;
    • có chứa nhân vật nổi tiếng và/hoặc nhân vật công chúng hoặc cá nhân; hiện còn sống hoặc đã chết, mà không được cho phép;
    • có chứa quảng cáo của bên thứ 3 mà không phải là các hình ảnh của NVIDIA hoặc liên quan đến thương hiệu NVIDIA hoặc văn bản truyền đạt thông điệp hoặc hình ảnh không nhất quán với hình ảnh tích cực và/hoặc thiện chí mà chúng tôi muốn hướng tới; và/hoặc
    • vi phạm bất kỳ luật pháp nào.
  5. Cơ cấu giải thưởng:
    • Mọi bài dự thi hợp lệ nhận được trong Thời gian Cuộc thi sẽ được NVIDIA kiểm tra và phê duyệt và đăng tải công khai trên trang cuộc thi của NVIDIA.
    • Các giải thưởng: 3 cấp độ giải thưởng sẽ được trao cho những người chiến thắng tùy thuộc vào tổng số người dự thi trong Thời gian dự thi (xem bảng dưới đây để biết thêm chi tiết). Ví dụ: trong trường hộp tổng số người tham dự Cuộc thi là 300 người, các giải thưởng bao gồm 3 bộ Geforce GTX 1060, 5 bộ bàn phím Razer Gaming và 5 bộ tai nghe Razer Gaming. Càng nhiều người dự thi, càng nhiều giải thưởng. Người trúng giải sẽ được chọn từ những người dự thi theo hình thức bốc thăm may mắn.

    • NVIDIA bảo lưu quyền thay thế bất kỳ giải thưởng nào bằng một giải thưởng khác có cùng giá trị.
    • Người chiến thắng của Cuộc thi này phải tự chi trả mọi khoản thuế và phí nhà nước áp dụng phát sinh từ việc nhận và/hoặc sử dụng giải thưởng của mình. NVIDIA bảo lưu quyền giữ lại và khấu trừ mọi khoản thuế và phí như vậy từ giải thưởng nếu và trong phạm vi pháp luật yêu cầu.
    • Giải thưởng sẽ không được quy đổi thành tiền mặt, không thể chuyển nhượng, không thể trao đổi và không thể hoàn trả.
  6. Thông báo Người chiến thắng:
    • Nhà tổ chức sẽ gửi email đến người chiến thắng, người chiến thắng phải xác nhận bằng cách trả lời email đó trong vòng 7 ngày làm việc sau khi được thông báo là người chiến thắng.
    • Mỗi người chiến thắng có trách nhiệm theo dõi tài khoản email của mình để nhận thông báo và xác nhận hoặc các nội dung liên lạc khác liên quan đến Cuộc thi này.
    • Người chiến thắng sẽ được yêu cầu cung cấp giấy tờ tùy thân và các giấy tờ liên quan, nếu có, để chứng minh rằng họ tuân thủ các Thể lệ và Điều khoản & Điều kiện, bao gồm cả độ tuổi của họ.
    • Nếu Nhà tổ chức không thể liên hệ với người chiến thắng trong vòng bảy (7) ngày bằng địa chỉ email được cung cấp tại thời điểm dự thi thì người chiến thắng đó sẽ bị mất giải thưởng.
    • Nếu không thể liên hệ với người chiến thắng hoặc người chiến thắng không làm thủ tục nhận giải thưởng hoặc gửi lại các giấy tờ được yêu cầu trong khoảng thời gian đã định hoặc nếu giải thưởng bị hoàn trả lại dưới dạng không thể giao được, hoặc nếu người chiến thắng không tuân thủ bất kỳ điều khoản nào trong phần Thể lệ này, thì người chiến thắng đó sẽ được xem là đã từ bỏ giải thưởng. Trong trường hợp như vậy, giải thưởng sẽ được trao cho cá nhân nộp bài dự thi xuất sắc tiếp theo như đã được NVIDIA quyết định trước đó.
  7. Bản dịch của Thể lệ: Phiên bản Thể lệ bằng tiếng Anh sẽ được áp dụng nếu có xung đột hay mâu thuẫn giữa phiên bản tiếng Anh và bất kỳ phiên bản Thể lệ nào khác không phải tiếng Anh.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROMOTIONS AND COMPETITIONS

  1. Prizes and instructions on how to claim them form part of the Terms and Conditions set forth herein (“Terms and Conditions”). By participating in this Game Ready Starts with Game Face Contest (“Promotion”), you (“You” or “Participant”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer. NVIDIA (“NVIDIA” or “the Promoter”) may at any time, at its sole discretion, revise the Rules, Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by NVIDIA, including but not limited to the rules regarding selection of winners of the Promotion. Participants shall be bound by any and all such revisions.
  2. Entry is only open to residents from Australia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and New Zealand. Participants who have reached 13 years old but have not reached the age of majority in the Participants’ currently residing country must have parental/guardian approval and such approval is valid only after the parent/guardian has read and consented to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor participating in this promotion. If the Prize is won by a person under the age of majority, the Prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian. Children under 13 years old are further subject to NVIDIA’s Kids Privacy Policy and are not eligible to participant in the Promotion. It is a condition of entry that the Participants read and agree to the Promoter’s privacy policy which can be found at here.
  3. Employees of NVIDIA and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies, who are involved in the Promotion, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons, are NOT ELIGIBLE for this Promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
  4. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. The Promoter will not be responsible for entries that are not received by the Promoter by the stipulated time, or that are not viewable or readable due to corruption, virus or other technical reasons. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
  5. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by the internet user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion or for any technical error or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this Promotion, including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or Promoter’s Website.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion and without notice to Participants. Promoter’s rule interpretations and all judging decisions are final. Promoter has sole discretion in selection and rejection of winners of the Promotion. By entering this Contest, the Participant agrees to be bound by the decisions made by NVIDIA and the Judges.
  7. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its officers, employees, contractors, representatives and agents shall not be liable for any claims, losses (including loss of opportunity), damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or arising as a result of any negligent act or omission) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with:
    • this Promotion;
    • any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
    • any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference;
    • any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter);
    • any manufacture defects, model incompatibility or restrictions imposed by the manufacturer;
    • any Prize that is late, lost, damaged or misdirected in transit; and/or
    • the use or attempted use of the Prize.
  8. If the Prize consists of tickets for entertainment (such as concerts, festivals or similar types of events) and/or holidays/flights, there can be no claim on any form of compensation in case of cancellation. If the Prize includes travel/accommodation abroad for which a passport is required, the Participant must be in possession of a valid passport or local ID card to receive the Prize or the Prize is automatically forfeited.
  9. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any Prize is the responsibility of the Prize winner.
  10. Prize winner’s personal information (“Personal Information”) will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this Promotion and its winners. Prize winner’s Personal Information may be provided to others assisting, including Prize suppliers and delivery services, and to authorities that regulate this Promotion (if applicable).
  11. By entering into this Promotion, you are deemed to have provided your express consent and permission for the Promoter to collect, use and retention, free of charge, any received personal data to communicate with Participant, for promotional and advertising purposes to promote the Promoter, its products and services, in any media and in any manner whatsoever, without limitation or restriction to the extent permitted by applicable laws. Furthermore, Participant hereby irrevocably and unconditionally grants to NVIDIA, on a royalty-free and non-exclusive basis, a perpetual, irrevocable, freely transferable freely assignable, freely sublicensable, worldwide license to run, use, copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, perform, display, exhibit, demonstrate, edit, modify, adapt, and create derivative works from, each of Participant’s entries in this promotion, whether for purposes related to this promotion or otherwise, and whether via the Internet, electronic, digital, broadcast, theatrical, print, or any other communications media now known or hereafter developed, and in each case free of any and all restrictions and limitations whatsoever (except as imposed by law).
  12. The Participant must provide accurate, current and complete information when participating in the Promotion. The Promoter may request a winner, before presenting the Prize, to provide his/her identity and residence information previously provided by the Participant. If a Participant does not truthfully provide all requested Personal Information, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win the Prize.
  13. Participant acknowledges that the Promoter can rely on these Terms and Conditions and disqualify a Participant if the Promoter believes the Participant is not acting in conformity with the Terms and Conditions. Promoter may require the Participant to return a Prize or pay its equivalent value if Promoter learns of a Participant’s ineligibility or disqualification after awarding the Prize to such ineligible or disqualified Participant.
  14. If for any reason the conduct or operation of this Promotion is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including but not limited to, vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, computer bugs or viruses, fraud, tampering, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Promotion in whole or in part.15. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated in the course of administering this Promotion.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate this Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Promoter's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. Online entries made with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities or through the use of any other device or artifice to enter multiple times will be deemed invalid. If the winner is an online entrant, the winning online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address from which the entry was made. The authorized email account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The Promoter shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to submit the online entry form, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion, or for late, lost, stolen, postage due, illegible or misdirected entries. If this Promotion or any web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or otherwise does not permit entry in the Promotion, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in the Promoters' sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of this contest, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion or any portion thereof. Any attempt by Participant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. In addition, Sponsor reserves the right to take down and remove any entry that becomes subject to a third-party claim for copyright infringement or for violation of any other right.
  16. If one or more conditions of the Terms and Conditions are void or invalid, it will not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of the Terms and Conditions.
  17. The Official Rules and Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without giving effect to its conflicts of law rules. Each Participants hereby submits himself or herself to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Santa Clara, California, U.S.A.
