DOOM: The Dark Ages | Revelations Launches Today, Featuring DLSS Multi Frame Generation & Path Tracing
Hell freezes over in id Software and Bethesda Softworks’ DOOM: The Dark Ages | Revelations, an all-new campaign expansion that unleashes a brutal new chapter of the Slayer’s saga.
Wounded and betrayed, the Slayer is thrust into a merciless purgatory only escapable by confronting haunting truths and forging new strength with the help of a mysterious ally. He must ascend from the prison of his mind and fight an abomination of the gods to set his followers on the path to freedom.
Featuring new levels with deeper puzzles, new demons, and new mysteries, Revelations opens up a whole new dimension of combat. The all-new deadly Chain Spear offers returning slayers a uniquely satisfying combat system – one that rewards mastery with enhanced power and mobility.
DOOM: The Dark Ages | Revelations launches today with native support for DLSS Multi Frame Generation (up to 6X mode), Super Resolution, and path tracing enhanced with Ray Reconstruction on supported GeForce RTX GPUs, which was used to great effect in the base game. This allows GeForce RTX 5090 owners to play DOOM: The Dark Ages | Revelations in 4K at its very best, with path tracing and maxed out settings, at up to 310 frames per second.
At 2560x1440, GeForce RTX 5090 owners can experience maxed-out, path-traced DOOM: The Dark Ages | Revelations at a blistering 375 frames per second thanks to DLSS Multi Frame Generation and Ray Reconstruction. An overall 6.5X performance multiplier enables super fast frame rates on other GPUs, too, with the GeForce RTX 5080 hitting 280 frames per second.
At 1920x1080, DLSS Multi Frame Generation and Ray Reconstruction work in conjunction to accelerate frame rates by 6.1X on average.
With this multiplier, the GeForce RTX 5090 achieves a blistering 500 frames per second in DOOM: The Dark Ages | Revelations, with maxed out settings and path tracing, while the GeForce RTX 5080 exceeds 360 frames per second, the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti surpasses 310 frames per second, and the GeForce RTX 5070 runs at over 280 frames per second.
Game Ready For Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced Launching July 9th With DLSS Multi Frame Generation & Ray Tracing
Set during the Golden Age of Piracy, Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced invites players to sail the Caribbean as Edward Kenway, a rebellious pirate captain drawn into the centuries-old conflict between Assassins and Templars. As Edward pursues glory and fortune, he crosses paths with legendary figures such as Blackbeard, Anne Bonny, and Calico Jack, while the fate of everything the pirates have built hangs in the balance.
Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced is a faithful remake of Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag, originally released in 2013. Rebuilt from the ground up and powered by the latest Anvil engine, the game features updated visuals and enriched gameplay, including parry‑driven combat, improved stealth and parkour, deeper naval mechanics, and new narrative content.
Launching July 9th, the PC release of Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced includes support for ray-traced reflections and ray-traced lighting for realistic reflections, shadows, and water/lighting interactions across the Caribbean, which can be accelerated by DLSS Multi Frame Generation, Frame Generation and Super Resolution on GeForce RTX GPUs.
And via the NVIDIA app, players can upgrade to DLSS 4.5 with the latest DLSS Dynamic Multi Frame Generation and Super Resolution models, for an even faster and more detailed high seas experience.
