General

NVIDIA GTC Washington, D.C. is a three-day event that brings together NVIDIA customers and partners doing innovative, meaningful work across government and industries. AI visionaries and solution experts will lead 70+ sessions, hands-on workshops, and demonstrations covering agentic AI and physical AI, high-performance computing, sensor processing, and other topics related to the global AI infrastructure.

GTC Washington, D.C. 2025 is an in-person event. There are no virtual options for attendees. Recorded sessions will be available on NVIDIA On-Demand after the event.

GTC Washington, D.C. 2025 will take place at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center from October 27–29, 2025.

The event offers sessions and training for all technical levels and interest areas of technology. It’s a unique conference that brings together developers, business leaders, IT decision-makers, policy makers, researchers, startups, and the NVIDIA partner ecosystem. GTC attendees have a common goal to learn from real-world examples of AI and accelerated computing.

To start building your personal agenda, click here and log in to your account after completing registration. You can browse the session catalog and click the “Add to Schedule” button on a specific session to add it to your personal calendar. Attendance to in-person sessions is first come, first served and adding a session to your schedule doesn't guarantee a seat in the room.

Yes, registration is required to attend GTC.

The minimum age to attend GTC in person is 18. 

Credit cards, wire transfers, and checks are acceptable methods of payment until Friday, September 12, 2025. After this date, only credit card payments will be accepted. Your registration must be paid in full in order to attend the conference.

After registering for GTC, the transaction will appear on your credit card or bank statement as “RAINFOC*NVIDIA GTCDC25".

There’s no deadline to register for GTC, but it’s very likely that the event will sell out, so early registration is recommended.

If you can’t make the event, please email your cancellation requests to GTC_registration@nvidia.com. The following processing fees will apply: 

  • Before 11:59 p.m. CST, Friday, October 3, 2025: 
    • A $50 processing fee/cancellation penalty will apply for full-day workshop and conference passes
  • After 11:59 p.m. CST, Friday, October 3, 2025: No refunds will be granted.
  • No-shows are ineligible for refunds.

Substitution requests will be granted but must be received by 11:59 p.m. CST, Friday, October 24, 2025. To transfer your registration to a colleague, please email GTC_registration@nvidia.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.

NVIDIA reserves the right to deny registration to any individual or entity for any reason, at our sole discretion. These include past or present failure to meet NVIDIA’s standards of conduct, as well as (but not limited to) engaging in violent, illegal, threatening, or discriminatory conduct. Keynote

Jensen Huang’s keynote address will take place on Tuesday, October 28 at 12:00 pm. ET.

While laptops and small bags are allowed inside the venue, we encourage attendees to keep their belongings to a minimum. This will help ensure a smooth and efficient entry process for all attendees. You’ll need to remove your laptop and any other large devices from your bag while going through security screening. Bag check is also available in the West Salon on Level 1.

Traveling to Washington D.C.

GTC welcomes all international attendees and we’re committed to making the process as seamless as possible.

As part of your GTC registration, you may request an invitation letter through the registration form. After completing your registration and payment, your invitation letter will be emailed to you within a week. If for any reason your visa is denied, we’ll issue a full refund of your registration payment.

Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA) is five miles from the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Get more information on ground transportation options from DCA.

The Walter E. Washington Convention Center has several nearby parking garages and lots with options for hourly and daily rates.

Yes, Mamava pods are located throughout the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Refrigerators or coolers aren't provided in the Mamava pods, but ice packs are available. Please bring your own cooler.

Hydration stations are located throughout the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.

On Monday, October 27 and Wednesday, October 29, lunch will be provided for those with a Conference or Full-Day Workshop pass. You can pick it up in Hall B.

Lunch is also available for purchase at concession stands throughout the venue.

On Tuesday, October 28, Grab and Go brunch snack items will be available in Hall D.

A full dinner will not be served. However, the Evening Receptions on Tuesday, October 28 and Wednesday, October 29 include a selection of appetizers and are open to registrants with a Conference or Exhibits Only pass.

All meals include meat and vegetarian options.

Halal and Kosher lunch meals will be available for pick-up from the special meal table in Hall B on Monday, October 27 and Wednesday, October 29.

Vegetarian, gluten-friendly, and vegan meal options will be identified and available at the meal pick-up locations.

Yes, to support sensory well-being, GTC offers a Quiet Room in Hall A—Show Office. These screen-free spaces are dedicated to quiet, calm, and serenity. Please be mindful of others when entering.

Yes, a Multi-Faith Room is located in Hall B—Show Office B1, dedicated to quiet, calm, and serenity. Please be mindful of others when entering.

Yes, there will be a coat check at the convention center that will also be able to store luggage. Coat check is located on Level 1 in Hall B.
