Elemental Accelerator Project Examples
Example Project with 6X Faster Video Encoding Speed
The chart below shows how the CUDA-enabled, Elemental Accelerator™ plug-in coupled with dual Quadro FX 3800 is up to 6X faster than the standard media encoder running on the latest Intel Workstation CPU.

Project and Settings
The project example was created as an AVCHD 1920x1080 @ 23.976 fps Adobe® Premiere® Pro CS4 project running 28 seconds in length. Using a 2.13 GHz Intel Xeon E5506 Quad Core CPU system, the performance was compared to that of the standard H.264 media encoder included with Premiere Pro CS4 with the Elemental Accelerator video encoding plug-in. Using the Quadro FX 3800, the project was exported as a 1280x720 @23.976 H.264 file. This file is ready to be converted to flash format for web upload.
Here is an example Premiere Pro Project where a1080P AVCHD Video Clip is converted to H.264 1080p video for Blu-ray production. The graph below highlights the performance (FPS) with the standard Adobe Media Encoder on a 2.13 GHz Intel Xeon E5506 Quad Core CPU (blue). This can be compared to the performance when using the Elemental Accelerator plug-in coupled with the Quadro FX 1800, 3800, and 4800.
