FAQ
NVIDIA Knowledge membership is valid as long as you maintain your eligibility based on the user group eligibility requirements in our terms and conditions. We will check member eligibility from time to time. If you need to change your account profile data, such as employer or school, please contact us and let us know. If at any time you wish to terminate your membership, please contact us directly and we will remove your account.
Courses will be published regularly every month and will be frequently updated as new content is made available. If you have any technical issues with course completions please let us know. Every course will be assigned a point value, which will be typically 100 points. There are point modifiers, which you can review on the Leaderboard page. Some courses will have quizzes and some will not, so if you don t see a quiz no need to worry, you will still get the points! The course viewer also provides you with a note taking tool, so be sure to try it out.
My learning features the courses you have enrolled in. You can pick up and continue learning from this section. The Catalog will offer you an opportunity to see everything available including courses and learning programs you may not have enrolled in yet.
We will host and publish occasional livestreaming events for key products, campaigns, and technologies. Sometimes, we will just stream stuff for fun. Don t worry if you miss certain streams as we will make them available as on demand content.
Resources will be available for our partners who need access to additional training materials. These assets can be used for presentations and training events. We will even make resources available for integration within your organization s LMS.
This is pretty simple. Just use the contact information and let us know you need a school added. Additionally, you can reach out to us via our GEFORCE Student Discord Channel.
There will be promotions available on a regular basis that will consist of learning programs designed around key products and campaigns. These will typically be in the form of a sweepstakes. Rules will be included with each promotion and winners will be announced under past promotions on the promotions page typically within two weeks of the close of the promotion.
Points will be awarded for the completion of learning programs and courses. The points will be the basis for the leaderboard results and will be used for additional reward opportunities.
Badges will be achieved for key accomplishments fom time to time and will available for you to display.
Rewards will be available on a regular basis each quarter for promotions and other activities a user completes or wins. Rewards will range from gift cards, to game credits, and even hardware like NVIDIA powered laptops and Graphics Cards.
