Shadow of the Tomb Raider: NVIDIA Collaborating With Square Enix On PC Version

By Andrew Burnes on April 27, 2018 | Featured Stories

Tomb Raider is one of the world’s most popular franchises, having sold more than 63 million units in 22 years, across 20 Tomb Raider games and spin-offs. This September, Lara Croft’s story continues in the franchise’s latest release, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, a follow-up to 2013’s “Tomb Raider”, and 2015’s “Rise of the Tomb Raider”.

For “Rise of the Tomb Raider”, we collaborated with Square Enix, Eidos-Montréal, Crystal Dynamics, and Nixxes, to craft a fantastic PC experience, with excellent, stutter-free performance, higher detail levels, and PC-exclusive graphical enhancements.

Following the success of this collaboration, we’re pleased to announce that we’re working with the studios once more on the PC version of Shadow of the Tomb Raider. This collaboration will bring all the benefits of the GeForce gaming platform including GeForce technologies, GeForce Experience features, Game Ready Drivers and much more to deliver the definitive PC version for the Tomb Raider series.

To learn more about the game itself, check out our video from Shadow of the Tomb Raider’s unveiling yesterday, where her race to save the world from a Maya apocalypse was revealed, along with a ton of other game info.
