The hits keep coming this September, with even more DLSS 4.5 game launches, and updates to highly rated releases.
007 First Light’s eagerly awaited Path Tracing and DLSS Ray Reconstruction update has just gone live, making its spectacular cinematic moments look and feel even more realistic.
Later today, RuneScape: Dragonwilds exits Early Access and upgrades to DLSS 4.5. And Active Matter launches, giving gamers a new PvPvE shooter to master.
Tomorrow, Aniimo, the highly wishlisted, free-to-play creature-catching open-world RPG launches.
And Halloween: The Game, featuring DLSS Ray Reconstruction, is available now, as is No Man’s Sky’s DLSS 4.5 update.
In the critically-acclaimed, multi-million selling 007 First Light, follow James Bond as a young, resourceful and sometimes reckless recruit in MI6's training program, and discover a reimagined origin story of the world’s most famous spy. Incorporating IO Interactive’s signature stealth gameplay with world class James Bond action, you’ll embark on missions in breathtaking locations around the globe, drive iconic vehicles, and dive into a cinematic adventure in pursuit of a rogue agent who’s always one step ahead.
Since launch, 007 First Light has included DLSS Super Resolution and Dynamic Multi Frame Generation, accelerating frame rates and enhancing image quality for GeForce RTX gamers.
Now, path tracing has been added to 007 First Light, introducing extra-detailed lighting, shadows and reflections, making its levels and set pieces even more cinematic, immersive and realistic. And DLSS Ray Reconstruction ensures the fidelity, clarity and accuracy of these additions is at its absolute best.

In the following comparison, more accurate lighting amplifies the artistry of the scene, bathing the art installation in caustics and reflected light, which is correctly mirrored on the floor. Elsewhere, objects are correctly shadowed, lighting is accurately occluded, bright light from the central art piece illuminates surrounding objects, and new reflections from other lights and objects further enhance the realism and immersion of the scene.

In all scenes, path tracing greatly improves the accuracy and quality of lighting. Here, the dresser and art receive accurate shadowing and ambient occlusion shadowing, light is brighter and more vibrant, accurate reflections are rendered, and the fidelity of global illumination lighting from sunlight leads to a more accurately rendered locale.

Below, you can check out the recommended system specs for playing with path tracing on GeForce RTX 50 Series desktop GPUs with DLSS Ray Reconstruction:
For the best experience when playing 007: First Light, we recommend installing our most recent GeForce Game Ready Driver from the NVIDIA app or our website, as it specifically includes support for today’s update.
If you’ve yet to add 007: First Light to your library, now’s the perfect time, and to add extra incentive to grab this critically-acclaimed game, it’s currently discounted on Steam for a limited time.
If already own 007: First Light, but are away from home and your GeForce RTX PC or laptop, or simply don’t have a GeForce RTX system capable of playing 007: First Light with path tracing, you can still experience the game with the new update, at its very best, by streaming it from the cloud to nearly any device with an Ultimate GeForce NOW membership.
Gaijin Entertainment's Active Matter is a hardcore military online PvPvE, PvE and PvP shooter set in a multiverse shattered by a quantum catastrophe. Each player controls an operative stuck in a time loop, always brought back from the dead to the same point, and enters quantum unstable zones rich with active matter - a substance capable of warping and ripping the very fabric of space and time.
Rivals from other timelines, physics-breaking anomalies that change gravitational force, and ethereal beings stand in the way. Players harvest active matter, collect the loot and extract to a safe area before the whole zone ceases to exist with everything inside it.

Instead of navigating traditional menus, players will interact with their Aniimo using natural language. Chat with them, teach them new skills, and dispatch them to gather resources via voice inputs. Each Aniimo will display dynamic emotions based on player responses, fostering a more authentic and meaningful connection with the creatures that live and work alongside them.
The NVIDIA ACE integration is powered by a locally-hosted, fine-tuned Nemotron Small Language Model (SLM) running on a player’s GPU. This powers each Aniimo's intelligence, allowing them to interpret player intent and trigger in-game behavior APIs for realistic actions and reactions.
