NVIDIA App Redemption FAQ

After claiming the Reward in NVIDIA App, redeem the code in-game.

  1. Download Marvel Rivals on Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/2767030/Marvel_Rivals/
  2. Launch Marvel Rivals and progress to the Lobby Screen
  3. Press Escape to open the menu
  4. Click ‘BUNDLE CODE’
  5. Enter the coupon code received, then press the “Use” button
  6. The Reward received will automatically be added to your account once the coupon is claimed

  1. Create an NVIDIA Account.
  2. Download, install, and open the NVIDIA app.
  3. Log in with your NVIDIA Account.
  4. Go to Redeem under your profile icon to see if you have available Rewards.
  5. Claim your Reward directly via the NVIDIA app.

Follow these steps if you receive an error message such as “We are unable to process your redemption due to technical difficulties. Please try again later.”

  1. Logout and close NVIDIA App.
  2. Restart and login to NVIDIA App.
  3. Go to Redeem under your profile icon.
  4. Claim your Reward directly via the NVIDIA app.
  5. If the issue persists, please contact NVCC for help.

  1. Install your qualified graphics card. Update or install the latest version of NVIDIA app. Open and log in to NVIDIA app.Go to Redeem under your profile icon and select “Redeem”.
  2. Enter your bundle code from your qualifying bundle purchase.
  3. Follow the remaining instructions on screen.
  4. If for a game title on Steam, Uplay, Battle.Net, or Origin, you may be prompted to log in to a digital store account where your game will be received. If for a game title on other digital stores, you will receive a second code to redeem on their portal.
  5. For troubleshooting help, please visit our FAQ here. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact our customer support team.
  6. For troubleshooting help in China, please contact us through our WeChat service account “英伟达GeForce微信公众号” to get customer support.

You must have an NVIDIA account.

Go to your account profile icon located on the top right of the website to sign up or log into your NVIDIA account. Once logged in, you’ll be directed to your profile page where you can check your rewards opt-in status.

- Windows 10 or 11 operating system

- You must be on a GeForce GTX 10 Series GPU or above

Rewards are available on a first come first served basis and not guaranteed for all. 

Rewards are accessible via NVIDIA app in the redemption page.

Follow GeForce channels and update your email preferences to stay up-to-date when new rewards are available.

Please check your NVIDIA account preferences to make sure you’re opted into rewards. You can also reach out to our customer support team if you have further questions. 

This reward is not available in the Crimea region of Ukraine, Mainland China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Belarus, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela.
