Secure AI Compatibility Matrix

Use this page to view the supported combinations of NVIDIA GPUs, VBIOS versions, CUDA driver versions, and Confidential Computing modes. For details of the CERTHOLD RIM Status, refer to the GPU verifier documentation.

1. If you are using CUDA Driver Versions r550.0-r550.90.12, also take note of the NVIDIA SecureAI Attestation Advisory: HBM3 Resilency Impact on Driver Versions r550.0-r550.90.12.
2. For Protected PCIe mode, use HGX firmware 1.7.0 to avoid a known issue with HGX firmware 1.6.0 and Protected PCIe mode that might cause the GPU to fall off the bus during boot.
3. If you are using Secure AI with HGX 1.8.0 or later firmware, rollback of the firmware version to 1.7.1 or an earlier firmware version is not supported.
