GeForce RTX 5070 Game Ready Driver Released

Our latest GeForce Game Ready Driver is required for users adding the new GeForce RTX 5070 to their systems, and also includes support for FragPunk, a new 5v5 shooter launching with day-one support for DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation.

Additionally, there’s support for Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced’s DLSS and ray tracing update.

Game Ready For The New GeForce RTX 5070

The new GeForce RTX 5070 is out now. Stock-clocked and factory-overclocked models are available from top add-in card providers such as ASUS, Colorful, Gainward, GALAX, GIGABYTE, INNO3D, KFA2, MSI, Palit, PNY, and ZOTAC. And pre-built desktops from system builders are also available.

Powered by the NVIDIA Blackwell RTX architecture and DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation, GeForce RTX 5070 GPUs can play Hogwarts Legacy and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chernobyl at over 250 fps at 1440p and the most graphically demanding games such as Cyberpunk 2077 and Alan Wake 2 at over 120 fps with Full Ray Tracing at 1440p . 

The GeForce RTX 5070 offers up to a 2X performance jump, and enhanced 3D rendering capabilities with DLSS 4’s Multi Frame Generation over the previous generation, along with a 20% boost in traditional raster performance.

For generative AI, the GeForce RTX 5070 showcases 3X faster performance, thanks to Blackwell support for FP4. Additionally, our new GPU excels in video processing, enabling professionals to export 4:2:2 video 6X faster than the GeForce RTX 4070, leveraging dedicated hardware-accelerated 4:2:2 support through NVENC.

Game Ready For FragPunk, Featuring DLSS 4 With Multi Frame Generation

Bad Guitar Studio’s FragPunk is a fast-paced 5v5 hero shooter with powerup cards that change the rules of each round! Choose your lancer, your weapons, and pick from a selection of cards that dramatically break the rules of engagement. No two rounds of FragPunk are ever the same. Discover over 150 Shard Cards with an activatable selection that changes every round creating new and unique combinations that create infinite possibilities.

Each round lasts about 2.5 minutes, so get a move on! The short TTK means you will have a more exhilarating gaming experience. Pick between 13 lancers with diverse abilities, customize your weapon combination, choose your cards, and get ready for a fight.

When FragPunk launches tomorrow, March 6th, you can activate an array of ray-traced effects, accelerate performance using DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation, DLSS Frame Generation, and DLSS Super Resolution, leveraging our newest transformer AI model, and enable NVIDIA Reflex to make gameplay even more responsive.

Using DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation, performance on GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs multiplies by 4.6X on average at 4K, with every setting maxed out, and ray tracing enabled. On the GeForce RTX 5090, that converts to almost 500 FPS, for the absolute best experience possible. On the GeForce RTX 5080, frame rates surpass 340 FPS, the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti hits 300 FPS, and the new GeForce RTX 5070 runs at over 235 frames per second.

At 2560x1440 and 1920x1080, a 3X average performance multiplier sees frame rates exceed 800 FPS on the GeForce RTX 5090, with all other GeForce RTX 50 Series also running at super fast speeds, capable of maxing out the capabilities of the most popular esports monitors.

Using NVIDIA Reflex, PC latency is reduced by up to 60%, improving responsiveness and aim precision in the fast-paced FragPunk, helping you clutch victory from the jaws of defeat.

Game Ready For Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced’s DLSS Super Resolution & Ray Tracing Update

A new update for Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced is now available. This free update for existing players features a series of enhancements for both Story Mode and GTA Online.

For GeForce RTX gamers, the headline addition is the introduction of DLSS Super Resolution and NVIDIA Reflex, accelerating performance and increasing responsiveness. Additionally, users with performance to spare can enable ray-traced ambient occlusion, ray-traced global illumination lighting, ray-traced shadows, and ray-traced reflections, increasing image quality substantially.

If you’re playing on a SSD, DirectStorage support is introduced, hastening loading. Higher resolutions, a wider range of aspect ratios, and higher frame rates are supported. And Dolby Atmos is added to up your aural experience.
