Each week, new games and apps integrating NVIDIA DLSS, NVIDIA Reflex, and advanced ray-traced effects are released or announced, delivering the definitive PC experience for GeForce RTX players.
Today, the Gears of War: E-Day Multiplayer Beta opens to all players, and No More Room In Hell 2 exits Early Access.
Tomorrow, Hell Let Loose: Vietnam launches on Thursday.
And a new 11-minute trailer signals that Phantom Blade Zero can now be pre-ordered ahead of its October 29th launch.
Fourteen years before the original Gears of War, join Marcus Fenix and Dominic Santiago in a gripping origin-story campaign as the Locust Horde first erupt from below, igniting a desperate fight for survival. Rally your squad and fight on in multiplayer with a reimagination of Gears’ iconic PvE mode, Horde Siege, or go head-to-head with a refined Versus PvP.
Built from the ground up with Unreal Engine 5 and DirectX 12, Gears of War: E-Day delivers unprecedented graphical fidelity by leveraging the engine’s latest technologies. MegaLights powers performant rendering of ray-traced shadows from up to 100 light sources, while Lumen enables ray-traced global illumination lighting and ambient occlusion shading. To further increase fidelity and player immersion, E-Day also leverages Nanite to increase object detail and fidelity by up to 100X in comparison to Gears 5. And other new engine advancements enable real-time destruction, widescale use of volumetric effects and particles, and larger, more explosive set pieces. Combined, these technologies deliver players the most technically ambitious and visceral Gears of War entry to date.
Ahead of the game’s October 6th release, pre-order customers and PC Game Pass subscribers have been playing the Gears of War: E-Day multiplayer Open Beta for the past week. Earlier today, the beta was opened to all gamers, and will be available until August 17th at 10am PT, for free, from supported storefronts.
In the beta, rally your squad in Horde Siege, a reimagination of Gears' iconic PvE co-op survival mode built for larger maps, more players, and bigger battles. And fight in refined Versus PvP that merges tight 4v4 combat with E-Day's modernized controls and movement. For a full overview, head to The Coalition’s Multiplayer deep-dive guide.
On PC, the beta includes DLSS Super Resolution, alongside NVIDIA Reflex, ensuring image quality and frame rates are at their best during the preview. And in the full game, GeForce RTX gamers will have access to the complete suite of DLSS 4.5 technologies, further accelerating frame rates:

Framed for the death of his master and left with a ruined heart, the players’ protagonist, Soul, has sixty-six days to live in S-GAME’s Phantom Blade Zero, an upcoming action role-playing game. Hunted across the Wulin by his former comrades, he must unravel the conspiracy that condemned him while carving his own path through a martial world consumed by chaos, betrayal, and vengeance.
Choose from over thirty primary weapons and more than twenty unique "Phantom Edges" mixing and matching them to suit your playstyle. Claim new weapons from fallen foes and expand your arsenal as you fight your way through the Wulin. Combat flows through seamless combos that are easy to learn yet offer plenty of depth to master.
Drawing from the golden age of wuxia cinema, Phantom Blade Zero fuses traditional martial arts with punk fantasy. Cold steel and mechanical prosthetics collide in its dark, distinctive vision of Kungfupunk.
On GeForce RTX PCs and laptops, Phantom Blade Zero will be enhanced by DLSS 4.5 Super Resolution and Multi Frame Generation, with PC-exclusive ray-traced reflections, ray-traced shadows, and ray-traced caustics accelerated by Ray Tracing Cores. Learn more in our dev diary video:
Enter the explosive conflict of the Vietnam War and fight your way through some of the fiercest clashes in modern history in Expression Games and Team17’s Hell Let Loose: Vietnam. Join the battle raging across an extreme landscape of vast mountain gorges and thick jungle, where the North Vietnamese Armies clash with the military strength of the US Armed Forces. Build tunnels, fly helicopters, drive patrol boats, use historically accurate weapons and work with your team to achieve victory.
Hell Let Loose: Vietnam features multiple distinct gameplay modes pitting players against each other in epic 50 vs 50 multiplayer battles. Warfare mode is a 50 vs 50 tug-of-war style confrontation where two teams fight for control over 5 sectors. Offensive breaks down the opposing forces into an attacking side and a defending side. Alternating new game modes mix up the gameplay parameters to maximise the battlefield experience.
When Hell Let Loose: Vietnam launches later today, DLSS 4.5 Super Resolution will be available for GeForce RTX gamers to accelerate frame rates, and enhance image quality. And on GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs, Dynamic Multi Frame Generation can be activated via the NVIDIA app to maximize frame rates.
Torn Banner Studios’ No More Room In Hell 2 is an intense 8 player zombie shooter where you deploy as an emergency Responder into the eerie darkness of various zombie-infested locations. Join up with others and complete vital missions to aid humanity's survival. But stay cautious: every encounter with the horde can lead to infection - or even permadeath for your Responder. Every fight is a struggle, every victory another step back from the brink of apocalypse.
Earlier this week, No More Room In Hell 2 exited Early Access, adding Survival Mode, a sixth Objective Map, a Solo Mode, and more. In prior Early Access updates, the DLSS feature set expanded to include DLSS Multi Frame Generation, Frame Generation, Super Resolution, DLAA, and NVIDIA Reflex.
In the launch update, the entire suite was upgraded to DLSS 4.5, enhancing image quality. And Dynamic Multi Frame Generation was introduced, enabling even higher levels of performance on GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs.
