    This week: Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred launched yesterday, ARC Raiders’ Riven Tides update has just gone live, and NTE officially launches today in North America, Europe, and other regions, featuring DLSS Super Resolution, DLSS Ray Reconstruction, DLSS Multi Frame Generation, and path-traced effects.

    Hotta Studio’s NTE (Neverness to Everness) is an ambitious and unique online RPG that takes place in the city of Hethereau - a vast, seamless open world rendered with the power of Unreal Engine 5, where humans co-exist with supernatural anomalies. Players control a range of vibrant and dynamic characters, each with their own unique personalities and abilities, to explore the city and investigate the anomalies in episodic comedy-drama storylines.

    In addition to the core story and RPG gameplay, players can also be able to take part in an ever-expanding roster of activities, including collecting, modding, and racing sports cars, buying and designing their own chic city getaways, and even running a business.     Diablo IV features support for DLSS Super Resolution and DLSS Frame Generation, enabling GeForce RTX 50 Series players to multiply 4K frame rates by an average of 6.5X, with ray-traced reflections and shadows activated, and other settings maxed out.

    Via the NVIDIA app, all GeForce RTX players can upgrade to DLSS 4.5 Super Resolution, while GeForce RTX 50 Series owners can upgrade to DLSS 4.5 Dynamic Multi Frame Generation 6X Mode, further accelerating frame rates.

    DLSS 4.5 Dynamic Multi Frame Generation is an intelligent system that functions like an automatic transmission for your GPU. Instead of sticking to a fixed multiplier, it automatically shifts between different frame multipliers to strike the perfect balance between frame rate, image quality and responsiveness.

    In other words, it only generates the frames needed to maximize your target frame rate, or the refresh rate of your display, be that 120Hz, 144Hz, 240Hz, or higher.

    By continuously monitoring the gap between your GPU’s performance and your display’s maximum refresh rate, the system adapts in real-time. In graphically intense scenarios, it ‘upshifts’ and increases frame generation to bridge performance dips, ensuring your high-refresh display remains buttery smooth. Conversely, as the workload lightens, it seamlessly shifts the multiplier down to only compute what’s needed.

    DLSS 4.5 Dynamic Multi Frame Generation can be activated and configured globally, or on a per game basis in the NVIDIA app’s Graphics tab.

    Open “DLSS Override - Frame Generation Mode”, select “Dynamic”, and choose “Max refresh rate” for the NVIDIA app to synchronize your maximum frame rate with the maximum refresh rate of your display, for optimum motion clarity. Alternatively, pick “Custom” and type in a maximum frame rate for DLSS 4.5 Dynamic Multi Frame Generation to target.

    In all titles compatible with DLSS Dynamic Multi Frame Generation, users can activate 4X Multi Frame Generation, and in select titles using more recent Frame Generation .dlls, users can select up to 6X. To see the full list of 6X-compatible titles, please head here

    ARC Raiders Riven Tides Update Available Now & Enhanced With DLSS 4.5 Via The NVIDIA App

    Available now, Riven Tides is the sixth free content update for the super popular ARC Raiders since launch. Featuring a brand new map, the titular Riven Tides, the update also introduces a new large ARC threat in the form of the ARC Turbine, plus a new minor Map Condition, Beachcombing. Additional new content includes a Player Event and seasonal Raider Project, the spread of the Vaporizer to additional maps, plus new equipment, items and quests, and new cosmetics in the in-game store.

    Riven Tides is situated on the coastline of the Rust Belt. Along this stretch of shore, the fading luxury of the Panorama Azzurro Resort meets the hard lines of a disused dockyard, where old Exodus structures still stand unmoved against the waves. Raiders are finally cleared to return to this long-lost stretch of coastline, but early scout reports warn that a new threat has taken hold.

    For the first time ever, players who own the Isle of Siptah expansion will now also be able to travel freely between the Exiled Lands and the Isle of Siptah.
