DLSS Momentum Continues With More Games Announcing Adoption

Our new GeForce RTX graphics cards are launching on September 20th. They run up to twice as fast as previous-generation GPUs, add lifelike ray-traced graphics to supported titles, and boast numerous features that enhance games and improve your experience.

Dozens of developers have already signed up to add RTX features to their games, and now we’re announcing 9 new titles that will be adding the NVIDIA RTX Platform’s Deep Learning Super-Sampling (DLSS), bringing the total number of upcoming DLSS games to 25.

If you’re unfamiliar with DLSS, this new RTX technology uses the power of deep learning and AI to train the GPU to render crisp images, while running up to 2x faster than previous generation GPUs using conventional anti-aliasing techniques.

KINETIK, by Hero Machine Studios

In the futuristic world of KINETIK, the Earth is at war with the military forces occupying an abandoned lunar base. Your primary objective is to simply survive, either alone or with a squad of friends at your side. The game will combine RPG, and tactical shooter elements into one fast-paced survival experience when it goes into Early Access later this year.

 

Outpost Zero, by Symmetric Games and tinyBuild Games

When the Earth is on the verge of dying, man must colonize a new world if it’s going to survive. Outpost Zero puts you on the resource-rich planet of Gaiya, where you’ll be building outposts, fighting to survive, and competing with other corporations for control of the planet.  

 

Overkill’s The Walking Dead, by Overkill Software and Starbreeze Studios

OVERKILL’s The Walking Dead is set in Washington, DC, and adds a brand new story to existing Walking Dead world. In this game you and up to three of your friends will scavenge, shoot, and attempt to survive in our nation’s capital. With unique skills and roles, each person will need to pull their weight if you want to defeat enemies both living and undead when the game launches this November.

 

SCUM, by Gamepires and Devolver Digital

SCUM takes place in a not-too-distant future where prisoners fight for survival and glory as millions of viewers watch at home. The game gives you an unprecedented level of control over your character’s stats, including metabolism, and inertia during movement. As you explore the vast island your character will grow, craft items, and learn new skills that will help you survive when you face off against other players.

 

Stormdivers, by Housemarque

As the name suggests, Stormdivers has you diving right into the eye of a recurring nano storm as you battle it out with a host of other players. You’ll need to use a combination of stealth and a steady aim if you’re going to survive the dangers of the island, and escape with all the riches that it has to offer.
