• What if I only want to try Omniverse myself before trying the enterprise version?

  Omniverse is available for individuals from NVIDIA.com. Omniverse for Individuals allows multi-app collaboration for a single user or multi-app collaboration with only one other user. This is a great option to experience the power of the platform yourself or between a team of two.
• What is the cost of Omniverse Enterprise?

  NVIDIA Omniverse Enterprise is a new platform offering that helps businesses of any size transform their 3D production workflows. NVIDIA Omniverse Enterprise is an end-to-end remote collaboration and true-to-reality simulation platform, optimized and certified by NVIDIA to run on NVIDIA-Certified Systems.

  The Omniverse Enterprise solution starts at $9,000 per year for a workgroup of 2 Creators, 10 Reviewers, and 4 Nucleus subscriptions.

  Omniverse Enterprise includes:

  • Omniverse Nucleus, the collaboration engine which manages asset interchange and version control, as either a workstation or Enterprise Nucleus Server deployment, including microservices

  • Omniverse Enterprise Connectors, plug-ins to industry-leading design applications

  • End-user applications Omniverse Create and Omniverse View

  • Omniverse Kit, developer toolkit for building extensions, apps, and microservices

  • Omniverse Enterprise Launcher IT deployment tools

  • Full Enterprise Support including Support, Upgrades, Maintenance (SUMs), 8x5 support via email, phone, and web portal)

  Omniverse Enterprise has three subscription components:

  • Omniverse Enterprise Creator Subscription - $2,000 per floating (concurrent) user license per year

    • Enables scene composition, simulation, and rendering on workstations and virtual workstations

    • Includes use of Omniverse Create, Kit, Extensions, Batch microservices (on up to 64 GPUs), and NVIDIA Enterprise Support 

    • Minimum initial purchase of 2 Creator subscriptions

  • Omniverse Enterprise Reviewer Subscription - $100 per floating (concurrent) user license per year

    • Enables review and approval abilities for users on workstations and virtual workstations

    • Includes use of Omniverse View visualization app, for reviewers to make comments, minor edits to materials/textures/basic shapes, and NVIDIA Enterprise Support

    • Minimum initial purchase of 10 Reviewer subscriptions

  • Omniverse Enterprise Nucleus Subscription - $1,000 per named user per year

    • Provides collaboration and scalable core microservices deployed on servers and/or workstations

    • Nucleus Workstation, Enterprise Nucleus Server & NVIDIA Enterprise Support

    • Minimum initial purchase of 4 Nucleus subscriptions

  All subscriptions include the Omniverse Enterprise Launcher, plus Omniverse Enterprise Connectors.

• I applied for an evaluation trial license but haven’t received a response. What should I do?

  You should receive a response within 24 hours of your request. If you don’t receive a response within this time frame, please check your email’s spam and junk folders. In addition, please note that registration will be denied if you didn’t use a corporate/business email address.
• I used my personal email address (Google, Yahoo, etc.) and was denied a trial license. What do I do?

  You can reapply by filling out the application form again using your corporate email address.
• Can I extend my evaluation trial license?

  The trial license is intended to be a one-time, evaluation license. For enterprises needing a longer evaluation time, we recommend contacting one of our expert partners to begin a proof of concept. • Where can I download Omniverse Enterprise software and drivers?

  The registration approval email will include directions on how to access your account and our licensing portal. If you’ve already registered and set up your account, you can log in at nvid.nvidia.com/dashboard/.
• What if I received an email saying I would hear back from NVIDIA, but I never heard back?

  Please fill out the form and an NVIDIA representative will be able to help answer your questions.
• How do I reset my password?

  On the NVIDIA login screen, click on “Forgot password?" to reset your password.
• How can I purchase Omniverse Enterprise?

  To purchase Omniverse Enterprise software and NVIDIA GPUs, please contact one of our NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN) partners or your NVIDIA sales representative. The complete list of NVIDIA GPU partners can be found at www.nvidia.com/object/partner-locator.html.
• What do I do if the download link isn’t working?

  First, make sure your trial period hasn’t expired. For other issues, contact us.
• How do I download and install my evaluation license?

• Can I get more than one evaluation license?
