We track data across multiple areas for women and underrepresented minorities. There’s room for improvement, but we’re making progress:

  • Our workforce is close to 19 percent female, up from 16 percent three years ago.
  • Turnover for women has remained equal to and mostly below that of men for the past four years.
  • 40 percent of named executive officers are female.
  •  25 percent of executive staff is female, up from 12 percent four years ago.
