THOUSANDS OF VOICES.
ONE MESSAGE.

NVIDIA’s story of diversity and inclusion is best told by
our employees in how they work, live, and interact.

STRIVING TO CREATE A MORE DIVERSE CULTURE

We want NVIDIA to be a place where the best people can do their life’s work... Attracting and developing employees with diverse backgrounds and experiences is key to unlocking our full potential in creating groundbreaking products.

- Jensen Huang, Founder and CEO

BETTER TOGETHER

We strive to create a culture that recognizes the unique contributions of all employees. We’re always working to build a more just, decent, and inclusive company.

TEAMING FOR SUCCESS

“Our goal is for every individual to know people care, that they are welcomed, they are safe, and they’re being given everything they need to be successful.”

- Ivett, Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging

Solving the world’s greatest challenges takes a whole new level of teamwork—across departments, senior management, and international offices. Everyone has access to those they need within the company. Everyone has a voice. This is central to our culture of transparency, openness, and inclusion.
