To provide a more consistent and unified support experience to our end customers, NGC Support Services and NVIDIA-Certified Systems Software Support are no longer being sold. Instead, customers who wish to run AI and data analytics software from NVIDIA on bare-metal NVIDIA-Certified Systems can purchase NVIDIA AI Enterprise licenses and support going forward. The comprehensive support services offering comes with a Support, Upgrades, and Maintenance Subscription (SUMS) with optional upgrades, including 24/7 business-critical support and a designated technical account manager (TAM). NVIDIA AI Enterprise software products can be purchased as either perpetual licenses with SUMS or an annual subscription.
