No, members need to submit an application to be considered for the Innovation Lab. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and approval is subject to availability and fit.

To apply for the Innovation Lab benefit:

  1. In the Inception or Connect Portal, go to “Profile,” then “Add product,” and complete the form (at least one product required).
  2. Navigate to “Benefits,” then “Explore Benefits.” Search for and select the “Innovation Lab” tile.
  3. Click “Request Benefit.” Allow 5–10 seconds for the application page to open in a new tab.
  4. Complete the application form for the Innovation Lab program.
