The NVIDIA Authorized Learning Partner (ALP) Program empowers organizations to deliver industry-leading training, backed by NVIDIA’s cutting-edge technology and expertise. As a partner, you’ll gain access to high-quality course content, certification pathways, and exclusive resources to expand your offerings—helping you grow your business while helping customers turn AI investment into impact.
The ALP program has two models:
- Sell and Deliver Model: In this model, authorized partners sell and deliver NVIDIA training directly to customers. The partner schedules, promotes, sells, hosts, and delivers the training using their certified instructors.
- Deliver-Only Model: In this model, certified instructors at partner organizations deliver courses on behalf of NVIDIA to customers who purchased training directly from NVIDIA. The training is sold and hosted by NVIDIA but delivered by the partner. This is a sub-contractor arrangement.
With either model, partners can resell any NVIDIA training service (self-paced courses, seats in public workshops, private workshops, learning credits, and certification exam vouchers).

Qualifications to Become an Authorized Learning Partner
To become an NVIDIA Authorized Learning Partner, organizations should meet the following qualifications:
- Established Training Business: Proven experience delivering technical education services
- Experienced Instructors: Access to qualified technical trainers
- Domain Expertise: Strong capabilities in AI, data center, networking, or related technologies
- Enterprise Sales Reach: Ability to engage and sell to enterprise customers
- Regional Delivery Capability: Capacity to deliver training in targeted geographies
- Synergies With Other NVIDIA Business Units: Ability to build complementary offerings from existing business partnerships
Program Commitments:
- Annual up-front purchase of student kits
- Agreement to meet NVIDIA training and delivery standards
- At least two NVIDIA-Certified Instructors on staff
Steps to Become a Skills Development Partner
Here are the steps to become an Authorized Learning Partner:
- Pre-Assessment
- Review our learning paths and identify the specific domains your organization wants to teach.
- For the workshops in these domains, review the instructor certification qualifications to ensure you have instructors who can meet the teaching criteria.
- Submit this partner assessment form.
- Once Approved
- Have your candidates complete the instructor certification process.
- Work with your NVIDIA contact to sign the relevant NVIDIA partner agreements.
- Purchase student kits.
- Collaborate with NVIDIA on marketing and expansion opportunities.
- Schedule and deliver training.

For both models, the ideal partner brings a well-established education services business, backed by highly experienced technical trainers with expertise in AI, data center, and networking domains. Sell and Deliver partners must demonstrate strong enterprise sales capabilities and the ability to operate across regions.
In this model, partners act as subcontractors to NVIDIA. They sign the appropriate agreements, and NVIDIA pays the partner per session, per the fee schedule. The training must be delivered by an NVIDIA-certified instructor.
In this model, partners sell and deliver NVIDIA training. Partners sign the appropriate agreements, put their candidates through the instructor certification process, and purchase the required number of students kits each year. The training must be delivered by an NVIDIA-certified instructor.
Instructor Certification
In general, candidates must have teaching experience delivering technical content, strong presentation skills in instructor-led and remote settings, and the ability to facilitate hands-on labs and troubleshooting exercises in a virtual environment. This includes the ability to explain complex technical topics, adapt to different learner skill levels, and create an interactive hands-on classroom aligned with NVIDIA standards.
Note that candidates are certified on a workshop-by-workshop basis, and specific qualifications vary by workshop.

Instructors are certified on a workshop-by-workshop basis. For each workshop they want to teach, they must:
- Take and pass the workshop as a student
- Review related instructor materials
- Pass any relevant certification exams (varies by workshop)
- Pass any required teach-back sessions
- Pass an interview with a master instructor

Courses and Delivery

Yes—courses can be delivered virtually or in person.
No—partners must deliver the NVIDIA content as designed.
Sell and Deliver partners are required to purchase a minimum number of student kits each year. Each kit represents one seat in a workshop. The workshop can be private or public. The kit includes the student workshop guide, student access to the NVIDIA learning platform, and lab access for the workshop.
Application Process
The process begins with partners submitting the Partner Assessment form. Through this form, NVIDIA will determine if the program is a fit for the partner. Submitting instructor candidates who meet the qualifications is key to program acceptance—NVIDIA places significant weight on instructor quality during the assessment phase.
Once you are accepted into the program, the most important step is getting the instructor certifications completed. In parallel, your organization will need to sign the appropriate agreements, purchase the student kits, schedule public workshops, and work with NVIDIA on joint marketing plans.
Business Model
In the Delivery-Only model, NVIDIA manages the customer relationship. The training is purchased through NVIDIA with the partner fulfilling delivery on NVIDIA’s behalf.
In the Sell and Deliver model, the partner sells training directly to customers and, therefore, manages the relationship for that training engagement.
This model uses a fee-schedule approach in which NVIDIA pays the partner per session delivered.
Yes. ALP partners can resell self-paced courses, public seats, learning credits, and certification vouchers purchased through distribution in order to offer complete learning paths to customers. This allows partners to combine instructor-led training with additional NVIDIA learning products.
Lack of skills is a top obstacle to AI adoption and positions technical training as a high-demand market. In addition, training from NVIDIA gives learners access to the most current AI platforms, tools, and frameworks with hands-on labs that accelerate deployment success. Finally, NVIDIA’s curriculum is aligned with high-demand skills and offers industry-recognized certifications.
Partners can certify additional instructors, expand to the other model, and offer additional workshops as they are rolled out.
