The following terms and conditions govern your registration and attendance of GeForce Gamer Festival – Seoul 2025 (the “Event”). These terms may be updated from time to time. Registering to attend the Event constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
1. Age Limitation and Eligibility
Participation in the Event is generally open to individuals of all ages. Consent from legal guardians for minors under 14 is required to attend the Event. Certain activities, booths, or sessions within the Event may specify additional age restrictions, which will be clearly indicated on-site. Attendees are responsible for complying with any such age-specific requirements. All attendees are required to carry a valid government-issued photo identification at all times during the Event for age verification when applicable. Failure to present such identification upon request may result in denial of entry or disqualification from participation.
Participation in prize draws, sweepstakes, or giveaways conducted in connection with the Event is open only to legal residents of the Republic of Korea. Entrants under the age of eighteen (18) may participate only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and such consent may be required in order to claim a prize. Proof of age, residency, and parental or guardian permission (where applicable) may be required for eligibility verification. Entrants must also be physically present at the Event venue at the time of the drawing in order to claim a prize. 2. Prize Draw Rules
2.1 Eligibility for Prize Draws
2.1.1 Participation in prize draws, sweepstakes, or giveaways conducted in connection with the Event is open only to legal residents of the Republic of Korea (“Prize Sweepstakes Entrant”). Prize Sweepstakes Entrants under the age of eighteen (18) may participate only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and such consent may be required in order to claim a prize. Proof of age, residency, and parental or guardian permission (where applicable) may be required for eligibility verification. Prize Sweepstakes Entrants must also be physically present at the Event venue at the time of the drawing in order to claim a prize. Entries not meeting these requirements will be deemed invalid and disqualified without notice.
2.2 NVIDIA-Sponsored Prizes
2.2.1 NVIDIA will award the following prizes: three (3) GeForce RTX 5090 Founders Edition graphics cards.
2.2.2 These prizes will be shipped directly by NVIDIA to the confirmed winners’ legal residence(s) in Korea after the Event.
2.2.3 NVIDIA makes no warranty or representation as to any of the prizes and is not liable if you experience technical difficulties.
2.3 Sponsor-Sponsored Prizes
2.3.1 Additional prizes may be provided by Event sponsors (“Sponsor Prizes”).
2.3.1 Winners of Sponsor Prizes must also be physically present at the Event venue at the time of the drawing.
2.3.3 Sponsor Prizes will be fulfilled directly by the respective sponsor. Any warranty, shipping, or tax obligations associated with Sponsor Prizes shall be determined and handled solely by the sponsor, and NVIDIA shall bear no responsibility or liability in connection with such prizes.
2.4 General Prize Conditions
2.4.1 Prizes are non-transferable prizes may not be transferred to a third party or shipped outside of Korea, and may not be substituted for cash or other items, except at NVIDIA’s sole discretion.
2.4.2 Proof of eligibility, including valid government-issued photo identification, may be required before a prize is awarded.
2.4.3 Any attendee who has been selected as a winner in a prize draw will not be eligible to participate in any subsequent prize draws, sweepstakes, or giveaways conducted during the Event.
2.4.4 Prize winners agree to comply with applicable export control laws and regulations.

3. Audio and Video Recording
You acknowledge that, during your attendance at the Event and any of its sessions or activities, you may be photographed or videotaped, and the footage may be used for replay, marketing, or other legitimate business purpose. You further acknowledge that you have obtained requisite consent (if applicable) to attend or participate in the Event and to be photographed or videotaped. We do not prohibit other attendees, sponsors, news organizations, or other companies from video- or audio-taping activities or sessions.
You hereby grant to NVIDIA and its affiliates the right to use, modify, reproduce, broadcast, distribute, display, or incorporate in any manner whatsoever, all or any portion of recording of you for use in marketing materials and/or training materials and for internal use. NVIDIA’s foregoing rights shall be perpetual, worldwide, and free of royalties or any other compensation.
4. Your Information
We may collect, manage and share your information, including audio/video recording under Section 3, in accordance with NVIDIA's Privacy Policy and all applicable data privacy laws and regulations, including Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). You expressly consent to such collection, management, and sharing of information that you provide in connection with this event (including but not limited to, your name on the winner list, photos and videos taken in connection with the event). The foregoing data may be made available to the public for NVIDIA’s marketing and promotional efforts. Your data may be transferred or made accessible outside of Korea, including United States. Furthermore, the foregoing data may be shared with NVIDIA’s service providers supporting this event for the purposes of event registration and prize drawing administration.
Any personal information you share with a third party, such as a sponsor, news or media outlet, when you directly engage with such third party at the Event (for example, chatting with a sponsor at a booth or interacting with a third party on their website) will be subject to such third party’s privacy statement.
5. Code of Conduct
GeForce Gamer Festival – Seoul 2025 organizers are committed to creating a safe and secure experience and will not tolerate harassment or discrimination of Event attendees in any form. Every Event attendee is responsible for promoting and creating a safe experience for all attendees. NVIDIA will monitor network activity during the Event to prevent fraud and other prohibited activities.
6. Admittance
NVIDIA, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the Event any individuals for any lawful reason, including but not limited to anyone whose behavior could be disruptive to the Event or to other attendees. All attendees must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and mandates. Furthermore, due to venue capacity limitations, NVIDIA reserves the right to restrict or deny entry once maximum occupancy has been reached. 7. Views
The views of opinions expressed by any Event attendee, sponsor, or any other third party are not necessarily those of NVIDIA. All Event attendees and third parties are solely responsible for the content of any and all individaul or corporation presentations, marketing collateral, advertising, and online web content.
8. Statement of Liability
Except where prohibited by applicable law, NVIDIA does not bear any legal liability or responsibility for any device or connection failure or data loss or theft from such device or connection failure relating to your attendance of this Event, or for the safety of any attendee attending this Event or traveling to or from this Event. NVIDIA disclaims any liability for the acts of any third parties related to this Event, and NVIDIA reserves the right to cancel the Event without liability. In the event of cancellation, NVIDIA may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund of registration payment.
Each attendee shall be personally responsible for his/her behavior. NVIDIA does not accept responsibility for the behavior of any attendee or third parties during the Event. NVIDIA shall not be liable for any delays or failure in performance or interruption of services resulting directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of NVIDIA including but not limited to acts of nature, pandemic, war, terrorism, failure of transportation, weather, accidents, fires, electrical failures, strikes, labor disputes, postal delays, explosions, government orders, or regulations.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NVIDIA, its officers, directors, and agents against all claims arising out of your actions or omissions at or in connection with this Event.
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NVIDIA AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHETHER ALLEGED AS A BREACH OF CONTRACT OR TORTIOUS CONDUCT, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, OR BASED ON ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION.
NVIDIA has no duty with respect to sponsors and any other third parties and makes no endorsements of any presentation or product.
9. Choice of Law
California law will govern all disputes arising out of or relating to these terms, regardless of conflict of laws rules. These disputes will be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts of Santa Clara County, California, USA, and you and NVIDIA consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
