1. This Sweepstakes is sponsored by NVIDIA Corporation, on behalf of itself and its affiliates, with an address at 2788 San Tomas Expressway, Santa Clara, CA 95051, U.S.A. (hereinafter "NVIDIA" or "Sponsor").

2. You must be a legal resident of one of the eligible countries listed above (for Australia, this excludes residents of New South Wales, South Australia, the Australian Capital Territory, and the Northern Territory; for Canada, this excludes the Province of Quebec), and you must be eighteen (18) or older to be eligible to participate. This promotion is open to individuals only. No team entries and no corporate or institutional entries are permitted in this promotion. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective contractors, service providers and professional advisors connected with this promotion, as well as members of their immediate families and/or households, are NOT eligible to enter.

3. The prize of this promotion consists of the following: [1] winner will receive the prize(s) listed below. The winner may not substitute the prize for its cash equivalent. NVIDIA reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with any article or service of similar or greater value at its sole discretion. Prize(s) may not be assigned or transferred.

   • One (1) ASUS ProArt P14 RTX Spark laptop (North American Configuration) (ARV: $6499).

4. To enter this promotion, you must:
   • Locate one of the five official #ShareYourSpark campaign prompt posts published by NVIDIA RTX Spark social channels (X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) or the official #ShareYourSpark campaign prompt post published by the NVIDIA Workstation Linkedin social channel during the Promotion Period.
   • Submit your response to that prompt using either of these methods: (a) reply or comment directly below the official NVIDIA RTX Spark social post using the hashtag #ShareYourSpark; or (b) publish an original public post on an eligible platform that clearly identifies the prompt you are answering and uses the hashtag #ShareYourSpark.

5. Limit one (1) entry per person per NVIDIA RTX Spark social post prompt, for a maximum of five (5) entries per person during the Promotion Period.  Additional entries submitted by the same person or account will be void. The Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on October 5, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on October 15, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.

   This Sweepstakes is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with X, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. By entering, each entrant releases X, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok and their affiliates from any and all liability arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes.

5. The winner(s) will be randomly drawn by a representative of NVIDIA, whose decision will be final and binding in all respects, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. On or about November 16, 2026, 1 potential winner will be selected by random drawing. The potential winner(s) will be notified by private message or email within five (5) business days after the drawing. Each winner must respond to the notification within five (5) days from the time the notification is sent, or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

6. For Canadian residents only: In order to be declared the winner, the selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided and within the time specified, a multi-step mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by NVIDIA (for example: 15 + (5 × 3) − 5 = ?). Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.

6. By entering this promotion you expressly consent to NVIDIA's collection, processing and use of your personal information that you provide in connection with this promotion (including, but not limited to, disclosure of your name and state of residence on a winners list and making such list available to the public) and under the terms of NVIDIA's privacy policy, which can be accessed at https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/about-nvidia/privacy-policy/.

7. NVIDIA makes no warranty or representation as to any of the prizes and is not liable if you experience technical difficulties, due to reasons not attributable to NVIDIA, including but not limited to manufacture defects, model incompatibility, or other limitations not attributable to NVIDIA.

8. NVIDIA reserves the right to terminate this promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond NVIDIA's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion as determined by NVIDIA in its sole discretion. Entries made under multiple identities, through multiple accounts, or by any other device or artifice to circumvent the entry limits in Section 4 will be deemed invalid. Entrants may not use multiple accounts on the same platform to enter. The winning entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the social media account used to submit it. NVIDIA may require evidence of account ownership and eligibility. NVIDIA shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes, or for late, lost, stolen, postage due, illegible or misdirected entries.

9. The winner of this promotion is solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and government charges that result from his/her receipt and/or use of the prize. NVIDIA reserves the right to withhold and deduct such taxes and charges from the prize, and request necessary documentation if and to the extent required by law. Recipient agrees to comply with all applicable import and export laws, including U.S. export regulations.

10. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without giving effect to conflicts of law rules. Entrants submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Santa Clara, CA. Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
