Computational Photography & Imaging

Computational photography and imaging research investigates novel ways to capture, improve, and view images.

Research in computational photography and imaging lies at the intersection of computer graphics, computer vision and human-computer interaction, and investigates how computation can be used to better capture, view, and use images. Recent publications include “Computational Zoom: A Framework for Post-Capture Image Composition” and “Loss Functions for Image Restoration with Neural Networks”.
