SANTA CLARA, CA – FEBRUARY 11, 2002 – NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA) will host a conference call to discuss its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended January 27, 2002, as well as its expectations for the current fiscal year, on Thursday, February 14, 2002 at 2:00 PM, Pacific Time.  The Company's remarks will be followed by a question and answer period, which will be limited to questions from analysts and institutional investors.
