Submit proof of employment when completing the form (i.e. image of the top of your most recent paystub).
Only include name, name of employer, and date in the submission.
You must redact any other personal info.
We do not store the submission after reviewing the request. The file used for verification will be permanently deleted after review and confirmation.
Your initial access to the program will be granted within 24 hours.
We will ask for a confirmation and verification once every six months from your initial registration.
If you are a retail associate you will not be allowed to proceed past the membership verification form unless you have submitted valid proof of employment with the submission link in the form.
If there is an issue with the proof submitted we will contact you for clarification with the email you provide.
Incorrect or invalid submissions of proof of employment will result in a deletion from the NVIDIA Knowledge program until accurate information is provided.
Your account may be deleted by NVIDIA at any time and for any reason.
The deletion of an NVIDIA Knowledge account does not impact the status of your NVIDIA dotcom account or any other program or application.

Your membership may be verified by your assigned ambassador or club manager.

You will be prompted to confirm your membership once every six months from your initial registration.
We may contact you with the email you provide if we need clarification on any aspect of your membership.
