1. You must be a legal resident of UNITED KINGDOM, FRANCE, GERMANY or AUSTRIA and you must be eighteen (18) or older to be eligible to participate. This promotion is open to individuals only. Between the 25th May 2023 17:00 BST and the and the 14th June 18:00 BST NVIDIA will count the uses of the qualifying “#DiabloIVDLSS3“ hashtags across Tweets, Facebook-Comments and Instagram-Comments on participating social media channels.
The more hashtags which have been accumulated in total, the more one (1) PC is upgraded with more powerful components:

- Level 2: 30,000 – 44,999 Hashtags
- Level 3: over 45,000 Hashtags

Furthermore, the influencer team which obtains the most “points” throughout the livestream challenge which win additional prizes exclusively for their territory. Each influencer team will play Diablo IV and points will be awarded to the influencer teams thusly:

- Completed dungeons (5 points per player)
- Completed event (1 point per player)

At the end of the livestream challenge, the team with the most points awarded will additionally unlock the following prizes:

the unlocked prizes listed above are won by Team UK, Team Germany or Team France. If the UK team has the most points at the end of the livestream challenge, the unlocked prizes will be available to win by eligible entrants from the United Kingdom as part of this promotion. If the German team has the most points at the end of the livestream challenge, the unlocked prizes will be available to win by eligible entrants from Germany or Austria as part of this promotion. In the event of a tie, the winning team will be determined randomly.
Determination of winners:
Sweepstakes winners will be drawn at random from those that have qualifying “#DiabloIVDLSS3“ hashtag social media posts across Tweets, Facebook-Comments and Instagram-Comments on participating social media channels.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner of each prize may not substitute the prize for its cash equivalent. NVIDIA reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with any article or service of similar or greater value at its sole discretion. Prize(s) may not be assigned or transferred.
4. The winners will be randomly drawn by a representative of NVIDIA, whose decision will be final and binding in all respects, from all entries in a random drawing. The winners will be notified by private message or email within twenty four (24) hours after the drawing. Each winner must respond to the notification email within two (2) days from the time the notification message or email is sent, or prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner. Winners will be selected on a rolling basis between June 22nd 2023 & June 23rd 2023, with all winners notified by 23rd June 2023. We aim to ship all prizes by 23rd July 2023.
