DLSS Accelerating Performance In Sons Of The Forest, And Coming To Hellbreach: Vegas & REVEIL

Over 500 games and applications feature RTX technologies, and barely a week goes by without new blockbuster games and incredible indie releases integrating NVIDIA DLSS, NVIDIA Reflex, and advanced ray-traced effects to deliver the definitive PC experience for GeForce RTX gamers.

Following last week’s launch of Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons Remake and Myth of Empires, this week we’re highlighting the launch of REVEIL, Hellbreach: Vegas, and Sons Of The Forest, 3 new DLSS games.

Additionally, we’re showcasing the work of several screenshot pros, who’ve snapped jaw-dropping pics from DLSS and RTX games. And below you can check out the system requirements for Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition.

Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition System Requirements Released

Join Aloy as she braves the distant lands of Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition, the critically-acclaimed sequel to Horizon Zero Dawn. Launching March 21st, the Complete Edition also includes Burning Shores, the story expansion that picks up after the conclusion of the main game, along with bonus content.

Explore distant lands, fight bigger and more awe-inspiring machines, and encounter astonishing new tribes as you return to the far-future, post-apocalyptic world of Horizon. The land is dying. Vicious storms and an unstoppable blight ravage the scattered remnants of humanity, while fearsome new machines prowl their borders. Life on Earth is hurtling towards another extinction, and no one knows why.

It's up to Aloy to uncover the secrets behind these threats and restore order and balance to the world. Along the way, she must reunite with old friends, forge alliances with warring new factions and unravel the legacy of the ancient past – all the while trying to stay one step ahead of a seemingly undefeatable new enemy.

2 new, exclusive 4K screenshots from the forthcoming PC release of Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition

When Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition is released, GeForce RTX gamers can activate DLSS 3 from day-one to multiply their performance, while those with fast enough frame rates can use DLAA to maximize their image quality. And to make gameplay even more responsive, players can enable Reflex to reduce system latency.

Without DLSS Super Resolution or Frame Generation, GeForce RTX 4080 owners can use the Very High graphics preset at 4K and play at 60 FPS, per Sony’s official Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition system requirements. At 1440p, using the High preset, Sony recommends a GeForce RTX 3070 for 60 FPS gameplay, and with the many scalable in-game options, cards dating back to the GeForce GTX 1650 can play at lower resolutions and detail levels.

With DLSS Super Resolution and Frame Generation, performance is substantially faster, enabling gamers to play with increased levels of detail at higher resolutions.
