The prize of this promotion consists of the following: Up to 2 instant winners will each win (a) RTX 3090 Ti, valued at $1999.99 MSRP; Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 3. To enter this promotion, use NVIDIA Instant NeRF to create a 3D scene by taking pictures of an object or scenery that you feel would capture the best use of the neural radiance field technology. The entry must comply with the following entry requirements:

   ●  You must use NVIDIA Instant NeRF NGP (downloadable at no cost at: https://github.com/NVlabs/instant-ngp).

   ●  Refrain from vulgar, profane and controversial subjects.

   ●  No people are allowed in the scene.

   ●  The scene must be rendered appropriately, meaning the scene must be identifiable, complete and at least 15 seconds long.

   ●  Enter the sweepstakes by tweeting your video submission (or link to your video submission) to the @NVIDIAAIDev twitter handle (http://twitter.com/NVIDIAAIDev), and use the hashtag: #InstantNERFSweepstakes.

Each entrant will be allowed five (5) unique and distinct direct entries. All entries must be received after 8:00 AM on May 27 2022, Pacific Daylight Time and before 5:00 PM on July 24 2022, Pacific Daylight Time. If more than five (5) entries are received from a single individual, only the 5 most recently published entries will be considered.

4. The winners will be randomly drawn by a representative of NVIDIA, whose decision will be final and binding in all respects, from all entries in a random drawing. The winners will be notified by private message on Twitter or email within twenty four (24) hours after the drawing. Each winner must respond to the notification email or message within two (2) days from the time the notification message or email is sent, or prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner. Only one winner per household address.

5. NVIDIA reserves the right to terminate this promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond NVIDIA's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion as determined by NVIDIA in its sole discretion. Online entries made with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities or through the use of any other device or artifice to enter multiple times will be deemed invalid. If the winner is an online entrant, the winning online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address from which the entry was made.
